The last time we used them it was a warranty issue and they went above and beyond to get it fixed within a sensitive time frame. I totally recommend Carstar! Very honest business that cares about their costumers!!

Vandals sprayed our car on 32 ave Aldergrove and Carl was able to fit us in same day and remove while I waited. Made me feel like family and highly appreciate it and definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 separate times I left messages for Kevin the adjuster.. Never called me back. I picked up my van. I left a message with the man who was upfront. Once again Kevin Never returned my call. They took no responsibility. I gave it to Kevin. They said. Poor customer service.
I would never recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for an estimate and yes an appointment is required right now for that, due to high volume.
The front end lady was very efficient and friendly. The estimate took about 10 mins and was emailed to me.
I waited inside while they looked at my car.
My adjustor also was informative with what had to be replaced and why.
The place was busy and professional.
I highly recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car to repair it and they gave me a courtesy car to drive.
When I returned the courtesy car the employee at the shop inspected it very careful. She even rubbed her finger on a spot she thought would be a chip but she said it was a dirt.
The next day the owner called me and send me I long scratch and accused me that I did it.
I told him your employee inspected the car very carefully and the car did not have any scratches.I said obviously the car was damaged when they were washing or move it at their car lot.
You have to be careful when you return their courtesy car.
