I dont know how Haylie and Meghan were able to do it, as there were a few dates where the hotel was sold out, but they were able to keep me in a room. The room is bigger than some of the apartments I've been looking at, and they are quiet and clean. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the rooms! Thanks!

The service has been wonderful from start to finish. They have accomodated on short notice many times and have been extremely pleasant to deal with every time. Clean, comfortable and most importantly they have an excellant service staff and people! 10/10 would recommend. Cheers!

f	fgdf dfgdf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CREEPY STAFF ENTERING OUR ROOMS WHILEWE WERE SLEEPING. things being stolen from rooms. Being evacuees from a natural disaster, things were tough losing all of our possessions and money trying to get a new place. When the Red Cross had a bunch of people stay at the sandman we were pretty shocked to find out that within 2 days notice the hotel staff and General manager, near the the end our our stay. Decided the would rather book a hockey tournament then help keep human beings off the street in winter, during one of the heaviest snowfalls. The staff lied to its resident, and to the Red Cross. They had denied telling anyone as to why they were getting kicked out. The rooms were also messy, and dirty when we got there, someone reported seeing bed bugs, faulty smoke alarms that no one responded too, maintenance was non existent. Staff was rude, mangers could not be contacted, front desk was usually left empty. Poor service all around. avoid this hotel at all costs
M	Martin Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a kind suite which had a full kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher and everything else you would need. Had a balcony with seating. It was only a one night stay but it would certainly be comfortable for a week or more. Staff friendly and helpful

Each day was a very comfortable experience, met with a warm and personable greeting from all the staff in every department. One front desk staff member in particular, Haylie, was always a great pleasure to meet in the lobby. Always made sure we were very well accommodated and made us feel comfortable by being very considerable to our daily lives. A wonderful human being. Very impressed with the rooms, as they included a full apartment sized kitchen with dishwasher, separate bedroom, lots of storage space and inside laundry. I highly recommending this hotel.
