C	Christy Marchment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bright and beautiful. Parking gets full fast and it's limited but otherwise it's a great stay if your in the Mission area.
M	Mirandawg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent my wedding night here and was so excited about how beautiful the room was and the jacuzzi tub. Filled the tub up and turned on the jets and a bunch of rotten rose petals shot out. Staff gave us a solution and worked with us to make the rest of the stay amazing we just drained the tub and tried again fixing the problem. Included breakfast was decent. Staying here was a great end to my wedding day.

The staff that checked me in was frazzled with my insurance booking and took it out on me which wasn’t great but we sorted it out. By the 4th day one staff threatened to kick my kid out of the hotel if he brought a friend to swim during our booked time, which other staffed ok’d, and now that my oldest isn’t feeling well (just exhausted and missing home) so I asked to stay in the room we were in instead of moving they went crazy making up COVID rules I cannot find proof of and now have kicked us out even against all BCCDC guidelines. They are making a bad situation so much worse. I wish I could give negative stars.
K	Kristen Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed here for hockey, the security guard was extremely rude when dealing with the kids. He told me that he had to keep an eye on the kids because the parents were failing to do so. On the second night there my son returned to our room stating that the security guard had come into the pool area where he spoke aggressively to the kids. He called my son a “ginger,” and told him he was trying to get us evicted from the hotel. In speaking with the security guard following this he could only focus on the kids behaviour and seemed unable to identify how inappropriate he had behaved. The desk staff were more reasonable, but we certainly will not be planning to stay here again.
A	Ali Nematollahi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was okay... The hallways and rooms smell old and like smoke... When we entered our room we felt like they gave us a smoking room... The gym was a complete disappointment... The entire gym has one cable machine one cardio and that's it... Our room bathroom was bigger than the size of the gym... Hot tub was out of service... Breakfast was a complete disappointment even though we arrived right after they opened... Overall just okay...

Since I have two little kids, I decided to stay one night at Best Western Plus Mission City Lodge to slow down and get less stressed trip. The location was perfect and we had very comfortable stay at the hotel. All staff were nice and friendly. I will come back when I come back around the area.
T	Tiffany Delight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room smelled terribly of smoke but was very clean. Pool area was nice, fitness area is a closet. Staff were impeccable and great with all requests. Breakfast was good!

When he heard we had a difficult day prior to arriving he informed us of the pool, hot tub and sauna that we could relax in in the morning before our departure. His kindness was appreciated and staff the next day were fantastic as well in extending our stay.
