Roger Young is fantastic! Very thorough and personable. You can tell he is genuinely interested in your health and will not rush you until you are satisfied with your inquiries. He has helped me and my family through allot over the past few years. We are very blessed to have found this wonderful person! Staff is the best! Fantastic work team that works well together. Organized, well trained and courteous at all times. Appreciate them all very much.

The doctors are nice but the receptionist I most often talk to (red hair) is the worst receptionist ever. She's always really short with me, and she makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her by making her do her job. I know I'm not the only one to have issues with her either. She makes it a miserable experience. 0/10 for the receptionist, the stars are for the doctors. They don't get 5 because they're a bit iffy sometimes and they have some weird policies about missed appointments. Approach with caution.

Dr's dueckman and kornelsen are great, they fit you in when they can even if they are really busy. Very thorough, good bedside manner, much better than the clinic Dr's down the road. There is one front desk person that was a bit rude on the phone to me a few times (I have worked in customer service for over a decade, she's at least consistent in her mood.) But all the other people I've met and spoken to have been lovely. Longest I've waited is 20 minutes, all my other family practitioners in my 30+ years have had hour and longer waits on average. Edit*** I'm now editing my review. I'm unsure how the lady at the front desk is still employed. She tries to strip you of your dignity on the phone, has no care about the information she is talking about, loudly in a snotty manner to the waiting room at large. I don't need to know what so and so on -------- avenue in my small city has going on in his private medical life. She is a bully.

I don't post very often. However, this is the 3rd time this year that the clinic has failed to send a prescription to my pharmacy - and now, on a weekend, there is no mechanism to follow up on the situation, and I am 2 full weeks without my medication. 2nd request to send it in 2 weeks, failed. Clinics are booked up, tele-health will not refill the prescription. As of now, this clinic staff does not seem to be too interested in my overall health. Very disappointing as I really like my doctor. I am an angry and unhappy patient at the moment.

Dr Gwen has been our family Dr since we were born and she's fantastic... however; consistently the front desk people are terrible to deal with, if it wasn't for my Dr being here I'd never ever deal with this office.

Dr dueckman is great. Front desk people used to be really short with you over the phone, but they're getting better. Only thing bad is that their phone line doesn't put you on hold, you get a "line busy" message and it hangs up on you. It becomes annoying because you have to call a dozen times before you actually get answered.

I've never had a problem with the front desk, they seem to be courteous and pleasant enough for staff running a busy and efficient office. All the doctors are very professional and helpful, plus they're very good at gently steering you back on track if you end up talking about your cat or your neighbor's fence or whatever

Front Staff: Many people seem to complain that they are rude, this has never been the case in my many interactions with them. They are quick, to the point and treat me pleasantly every time I either call or visit in person. I appreciate their direct no nonsense approach! People have complained that they do not accept phone calls around noon, this seems to be pretty standard for most clinics I've visited, where lunch is taken by all staff in a block. I personally don't understand the confusion around this... Doctors: I have interacted with two doctors during my time here and both have been fantastic. My current family doctor has worked diligently with me to address any concern I have and has gone beyond what I expected in terms of finding treatment options for me.
