I want to rate them more highly. Both Drs. Mangat and Campbell are extremely professional and personable. I’ve never felt like my concerns were not being heard when actually in the room with one of the doctors. But I when I managed to get time off work to have a prescription refilled — for a medication that I’ve been advised many, many times I should not simply “miss” because of potentially severe adverse effects — I was told that both doctors were booked until the following week. Even after I explained, I was told that my only option was to find ANOTHER walk in clinic to have the script filled. I know I should have somehow gotten the prescription filled earlier, but sometimes life doesn’t work out that smoothly. What really disappoints me about this experience, though, is that I thought of these doctors as my “family doctor”, my “GP”, and as such assumed that my health was at least something that I could rely upon them to care about. The only previous GP I’ve had in my life understood that occasionally, for whatever reason, something as innocuous and predictable as a prescription refill still manages to sneak up on you; when he couldn’t actually see me, at the very least he would send his authorization ahead to the pharmacy for me. Ignoring that I have no ready method to obtain the medicine that the same doctors reassured me I should be on just seems socially irresponsible, lacking empathy, oblivious, or obtuse. As for me, maybe I can manage to track down some other doctor to authorize my refill today. But I’m able-bodied, I have a vehicle, I have the day off work. What if I was someone who didn’t have those things? Telling someone that their doctor will not authorize them to continue taking the medicine that the same doctor put them on, for the sole reason that the doctor is too busy to actually meet (again) with the patient seems tantamount to injury. At the least, it’s neglecting care. To say nothing of the absurd fact that the proposed “solution” to this problem — which, I’ll remind you, is that the doctors want to have a physical meeting with the patient for each and every prescription refill of any sort or severity — is to find some other, rando doctor that doesn’t know you or your health history, and get THAT doc to “hook you up”. It’s just baffling.

Been a walk in patient for a few years now and every doctor I see is very understanding, listens, and thorough. Even the male doctors made me feel at ease for women issues. Very supportive. Thank you. The wait is worth it.

People complaining about the wait times, be aware! You as a patient are allowed 15 minutes to discuss 2 things per visit, prescription renewal is one and then one more that’s all. The govt only gives the drs 15 minutes per patient. So stop talking their ears off and get your issue seen and get out. People are waiting for you to finish up end your turn.

I've been a patient of Dr. Blane for 5 years now and when he moved his practice to Blue Oak I went with him. Good office, the staff is always polite and courteous to me. I see that isn't the case with other patients, but usually they are rude and demanding first themselves. I wonder if some of those leaving negative messages about customer service have ever worked in the public eye in the same fashion and have ever had to deal with the ridiculousness that comes with it on a daily basis. Anyways, yes there are wait times, no we don't always get an apology for them (do we really need to be babied that way), but it's much the same everywhere. The bottom line is the doctors are knowledgeable and professional and the reception staff is pretty decent. If that's what you want out of a doctors office, this is a good place to go.

Doctor Mangat is a great professional, very kind and knowledgeable, however, clinic service is very deficient. Long wait times, even if you have your appointment booked. I have had to wait for hours to be seen by my Doctor. Definitely overbook clinic.

This is the most dedicated staff of doctors I have ever seen. They do not overbook as it might seem. Waits occur because of time given to each patient. Secretaries have no problem with patients calling ahead to see if their specific doctor is running behind. Since I have started doing this my wait time has not exceeded half an hour..I highly recommend this clinic. They are also open 7 days a week thereby meeting the needs of everyone and busy lifestyles

Terribly rude, negligent, and racially orientated. Pushing only pain medication and prescribed badly mixing medication for over a year even after being told it was causing seizures. Disgust!
