L	Lenore Macnab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Dr. M. Minovi. I have a complicated medical history and she was quick to refer me to relevant specialists. She is always very personable and liked the challenge of a patient who she could learn from. She listened carefully and respected my views. Conditions I have that she has not encountered, by the next time I came in it was clear that she had done some research. No doctor knows everything. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the front counter staff can be a problem. They are sometimes rude and do not always pass on messages to the doctor or they get them wrong.
L	Lanny Thibodeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been going to ellwood medical clinic for quite a few years and have had a pleasant experience with staff and drs. The walkin times are usually long though. Dr herar is now my family dr. He has improved my overall health significantly these last few years. I originally saw him when i was having severe stomache pain and ibs for about a year. I had seen specialists and other drs and was losing hope. He gave recommendations to my diet and suggested various supplements. Within a short period of time my problems were improving and about a year later they were completely gone. I also suffer from bipolar anxiety and depression. Again he recommended different natural products instead of presrciption drugs. My energy continuously improved. Anxiety reduced and depression faded. Also my immune system improved greatly. I havent even had a cold since ive been seeing him for over 2 years. Hes an incredible dr and person.
T	Tirth Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad staff, very uneducated and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend any anybody going to this clinic! They dont care about your appointment time. My dad made an appointment and he waited a whole day for the doctor to call because they said they would call and nobody called, so he had to go to the hospital. Please, and I repeat please do not go to this dumb clinic the receptionist are really uneducated and rude.

Word of advice. If your in the health care industry act as if you actually care about people or find another job. Pathetic!
K	K R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Minovi is a wonderful doctor, very caring, I never feel rushed. The staff do there jobs well. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes past my appointment time.

s	sonia minhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst clinic to exist. I would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone is incompetent and unorganized. Needed a doctors note so they set up a phone appointment, the note was never prepared for me, called them about a million times over a week asking for it to be done and was eventually told to come in to see dr kaler. After a week of buffoonery I finally got the note and at the time of payment the girl at the front tells me they only take cash. When I told her that they should tell people on the phone that it’s cash only, she said “well you didn’t ask.” Most ridiculous clinic experience of my life. After seeing dr kaler for 10+ years I will not be returning to this clinic again.
G	Garry Mathewson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am exceedingly happy with wait times for appointments and especially with Dr. Minovi. Dr. Minovi is kind, attentive and never rushes her patients. However, there is a serious problem with the phone system. It is rare to hear a human voice answer. 90% of calls will hear, "...mailbox memory is full. Please call again later." This would be more efficient if the caller could at least leave a message. This issue has been prevalent for more than 2 years. If not for the rarity of a great family doctor at this location, I would find another clinic.
