You'll have to call several times to reach someone and they never call you if your medical tests are out and you need to see the doc to discuss your reports. Doctors in the clinic are also not very interested in helping you. They just try to convince you that there's nothing wrong without even writing a test even when your symptoms are quite severe and you're in pain. Never going back again.
J	Jag Malla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vaish is my family doctor, I rarely went to doctor during my past, but due to some issues i visited many times in last 1 year, he always listen my problem carefully and helps me. He is also easily available when ever i need, i am always getting an appointment either same day or next day. Thanks a lot for always being helpful.

She told a patient over the phone after refusing to help him that there are other more important patients. patients of the family practice doctor have to wait over 40 minutes to get into their apointment, the doctor is very rude and cuts the patient off repeatedly. Also insulting him. I am not a patient and would never be. Beware of the unprofessionalism and rudeness. They only care about money not patient care.
J	James W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I needed was to be signed off for my CPAT, which entails a HR and a blood pressure record. The receptionist asked me what I was there for and I told her exactly that, except I said the "Canadian Physical Aptitude Test" sign off for fire fighting as opposed to the CPAT to avoid confusion. She then got me to sit down and wait for half an hour, and when I finally got to see Dr. Saniverpalu, she came in with a rather poor attitude and immediately told me that I need my family physician to do this for me, however my family physician is 18 hours away in my home town. I have had this done in 5 minutes in a different walk in clinic before, however, that one was closed due to weather conditions. This doctor then said she did not know what lie I made up to get in to the room to meet with her but she did not feel comfortable doing this sign off. Take that up with your receptionist you uneducated goof. Sincerely, disappointed.
s	shalene dellezay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. i arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before they opened, i get in and the MOA said "they couldn't book me in" i asked why and she said it was because of a doctors note.... telling me i need to go to my family doctor. i said that doesn't make sense and i asked to speak to the manager, or email. she told me they don't have one... i ALSO haven't been to this clinic in 8 months. i use to go here a lot when i had bad bladder infections all the time. i was not impressed at all as i spent $20 to get there and had to spend more. 123 walk in medical is the place to go. I WOULD RATHER SIT AN HOUR WAITING TIME THEN EVER GO HERE AGAIN. MOA lady was extremely rude , you dont have a manager? ya right.
N	Neil H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr S. Can not remember how to spell her name several times. For very serious injuries. She is young but knowledgeable and professional. Give her credit where credit is due. I will ask for her unless she isn’t available every time Eh Front staff is friendly and efficient. I use them as a walk-in when I can’t see my GP soon enough. I have seen them at a busy crazy busy state and they handle it as well as can be expected. They are definitely not there to waste people time! I suggest you try them eh
E	Emily K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same Dr from 2 years old to 32 and it was a hard pill to swallow that I needed to find a new Dr when mine retired, as I was so comfortable with him. I originally switched to another Dr in Abbotsford, I liked him however his staff wasn’t very on the ball and it was nearly impossible to see him as he was always away. Then I started to see Dr Vaish. He is so wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff! They’re so accommodating and caring. I am so impressed and happy with my experience with them!

He used to be a walk in clinic perhaps that was then. Dr Vaish is very caring. Busy like most physicians but caring and takes the time to understand.
