This medical clinic is simply fantastic. Thanks for making me feel important and that you care about my well-being. There should be more people like you in the world.
A	Alex Corra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came couple weeks ago for to request blood work referral. I was notified it was take 3-5 days for the results. After 4 days I called back and I was notified the results are still pending. I called back 2 days later and the female who answered the phone notified she couldnt find my bloodwork results as she was “working part time” and obviously did not know what she was talking about by the unprofessional manner she spoke in. I then called a day later and the female who answered the call said the same thing. She then called back apologizing. At this point im furious because I just want the results but your organization has incompetent people working at the desk who cant even find paperwork thats on your files within the computer. What if the results I needed was an emergency or something that could harm me seriously? 2.5 weeks later and still no call. Got a test done somewhere else in Abby and got the results 3 days later. If you care about your health, please dont come here. Terrible service and very unorganized and unprofessional. Worst doctor experience I ever had.

I have edited this review because the previous one was reflective of my frustration that the on line booking was not working. I have to report that after my review, the clinic called and made the phone call consult appointment via phone. Today they called and advised that the appointment phone consult was going to be a little bit over the time I previously schedule. Excellent service. I now give 5 stars!!!
L	Laken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unhappy with how I was treated at this clinic today. The receptionists was great and communicated wonderfully. Dr. Morgan however was extremely unprofessional and when I spoke up for myself because I felt very attacked by the way he was speaking to me he proceeded to say it was best I found a new doctor. Yeah I guess so. Doctor or not people have no right to make you feel stupid or less then. Specially a doctor that is supposed to be helping people and do so without judgement. People are doing the best we can go to a doctor for help! Mental health is serious and I really wish this doctor had more compassion. I would not recommend this doctor at all! Wish I could give less than 1 star! ? ?
