★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not take noise complaints seriously. If you make a complaint about noise they dismiss it and say that you are complaining about everyday sounds. This is the advice they give to my strata. All noise complaints made by others in my building are dismissed as well.

We are excited to be part of a growing company that is rebuilding from the inside out to represent their clients better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of being assisted by Darlene the receptionist this morning. I needed to correct the amount which had been automatically withdrawn for my Dec strata fee. My representative was working from home. I asked Darlene if she could help. She listened patiently and presented a plan that met with my approval to correct the situation as of the Jan strata fee withdrawal. Thank you again Darlene for removing my stress over this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience, This company and its representatives will tell you exactly what you want to hear but will do nothing. We have been with Campbell for 2 years and we are done with the lack of professionalism. Three assigned representatives later as they all seem to leave. They cannot complete the basics of tasks in any timely manner so if you need things completed in a strata and value your interactions with your property management company hoping they will facilitate your Strata's business without you staying on top of them daily this is not the company for you.

She was helpful and so very pleasant even when my stress level and tone I am sure was not the best. Wonderful person!
