Very poor quality massage. One of the worst I ever had. Makes me wonder if these reviews are all phony. 2 stars for the clean facility. Other than that I have nothing else positive to say. Will definitely have to find another place for massages. Customers beware. Edit: To the owners response, I was not the customer you are referring to. Please don't make such assumptions.

My friend and I went there last Saturday. I was welcomed by the friendly staffs and really enjoyed the environment. The rooms are super clean and the message bed was very comfortable. I have been to several different massage locations before because of neck problem. This is the best by far. Really liked the message, I decided to do a foot message which was my first time ever. The therapist was very skillful and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process and I learned quite a bit when it was done. Above all, it was a good experience. Good price and covered by my insurance too.

No frills, no gimmicks, just straight massage! I had Ali massaging me and she is EXCELLENT! The price is very reasonable too! Highly recommend this place.

I've gone for many foot massages and everytime I leave I feel like I'm walking on clouds! Infact I just got out of one with Lillian and she is magical. I've had the body massage combo with the feet too and it's great. Prices are perfect, very friendly staff and of course it's super clean! I'll be back again and again and again. Absolutely love it there ❤️❤️❤️

I purchased the 90 min package- 30 reflexology and 60 min massage. Incredible!!! What value for the talent! I slept through the night afterward which is UNHEARD of for me! I have already referred several coworkers! . I will definitely be returning!!!

Easy Cozy Wellness has some of the best massage therapists, and there is almost always an appointment available when you need one!! This is my “go to” place when my body needs fixin.

I’ve been here many times and been quite happy however this last time on Thursday the lady came in the room smelling horribly of cigarettes. Which is the opposite of relaxing. The first half the massage was spent with her rubbing with the sheet over me because her hands were too cold. When doing my arms I noticed it was Painful but figured it was due to tight muscles and I have a high pain tolerance. However the next morning I woke up and noticed fingerprint shape bruises on both arms where it had been painful. One arm is faint as it was now 2 days ago however the other is still fairly obvious two days later.. I can not find a way to reply. But yes if you read my review it says I typically go here and have been happy. However this time I was not. You’ll also note that there is this same review on your booking page. The fact that I have visible bruising and your employee smelled very strongly of cigarettes is unacceptable. A sorry better luck next time is hardly constitution for these things. I’d expect that in the reply you would acknowledge the wrong doing initially instead of pointing out the good reviews I’ve written. The fact that you not only spelled my name wrong which is right there in my post but you also felt the need to point out said good reviews tells me you did not read my initial post as it stated that I have previously enjoyed my experiences there. So in future when replying to a poor review perhaps read the whole review and instead of trying to save yourself in reviews, note that a customer has had an issue with your services and you should make an attempt to remedy it instead of simply saying sorry, better luck next time. Also note that I stated I had a high pain tolerance. None should be leaving bruising regardless of service. That is an injury left by someone who is too firm in sensitive areas. Trained massage therapist should know this. In fact I’ve had a much harder massage there before and have not had bruising. The fact that you try to justify your staff leaving bruises is despicable and I would not recommend anyone go there simply because it’s considered acceptable. Moxibustion does not smell like cigarettes. It smells similar to marijuana. What I smelled was not marijuana. It was cigarettes. I’m certain as I spent 50 minutes smelling it and I’m a previous smoker. I do know the smell. You may try to justify your business however pictures are attached to show bruising

Quality service, amazing price & awesome Staff. The 3 keys to a successful business. Went in for a 50 minute session & the only complaint I have is I didn’t make it a 2 hour appointment. Definitely recommend
