★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar complaint to another review. The office staff does not know how to deal with new clients and paperwork. As a new client, I did not receive paperwork in an email nor was I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. Once I got there, I was told there was a lot of paperwork I'd need to fill it out and it would cut into my massage time. It didn't occur to them to just get the pertinent information - they wanted my name, address, phone number, everything? Ridiculous. I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I run a very very busy moving company called gorilla moving company based out of Abbotsford BC and it is a physically demanding job these guys have always been of service I just recently started seeing them more regularly and very happy with Doctor B and their reception staff the ladies there are fantastic always friendly always willing to help great atmosphere highly recommend
