★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my experience at Skylark. The space was warm and welcoming with lots of natural light. I felt immediately safe to speak freely without judgment. My counsellor was genuine and honest. They were very supportive and I liked that they were very gentle to point out my "growing edges".
I went in office a couple of times but after getting to know them I felt it more comfortable to meet with them virtually online. Now I love the flexibility of being able to have a counselling session in my car or on the road. It feels like I always have my own mental health team in my back pocket. Thanks for all your help!
