She has helped both my husband and I individually as well as a couple as we navigate through the first years of marriage. I recommend her to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and overcome by negative thoughts. Her personification of Depression, Anxiety and Fear opened my eyes to the power I have over my thoughts. I cannot say thank you enough!

Right from the first appointment I felt comfortable, both with her as a person and also with the office. Nicole has the ability to make me feel great about myself, and I leave my appointments feeling better than when I went in. She is always on time, which I appreciate as a client. She has been very open and non judgmental with my not-so-mainstream interests, and although she started with very little knowledge of my type of lifestyle, she educated herself and really listened to me to gain understanding. I recommend her with no reservations :).

Her powerful wisdom, intuition, and empathy is combined with a refreshingly down to earth communication style. She is non judgmental, genuine, has a great sense of humor and the ability to create a safe space for you to heal. Her presence inspires trust.
The physical space of the office in Abbotsford is absolutely beautiful. You feel like you are stepping into a sacred as well as inspiring little sanctuary.
When you arrive you are greeted by the warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful administrative manager.
In this time of Covid 19 , Eterna has smoothly transitioned to secure online services.
You will find any email inquires are responded to quickly and efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if possible. Impossible to get a hold of with a really long wait to see a counsellor. One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever tried dealing with. If you need help with any mental health issues I’d suggest you go else where as you’d have better luck with actually finding the help you need.
