D	Don Adlam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking isn't great, and it's usually very busy but what clinic isn't? That's the only negative. The doctors however are very good. They have a walk in clinic now too which is open from 3:00 on. You can call in to get on the list after 2:30 though. That is quite handy. They have moved downstairs an added a larger waiting room, a built in pharmacy, and many doctors. There is also a nice fountain in the common area. Note: do not park in the bowling alley lot as you could get ticketed. If the lot is full street park.

As we sit here awaiting a room for an appointment that has been delayed 30 minutes without explanation, we constantly overhear their phone calls - in which they constantly are belittling and making fun of these patients. Nobody has gone in or out of a room since we arrived. No mention of being on a break or a long appointment with a patient. 32 minutes later.... still waiting.

I want to express my appreciation for accurate diagnose and the best possible treatment I received all these years. You may not see a smile on Front Desk staff faces but I never been disappointed during my experience at this facility or encounter any rudeness.

Dr Wadhawan has been my family doctor for years, and i have no problem with him at all. It's sad to see only 3 stars for a place with good doctors because its not their fault. from what i can see, most of the bad reviews are about reception.. I'm clearly not the only one experiencing bad service from the front desk.
A	Andrew Boan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not at all happy with the receptionists at this clinic. They are not friendly, completely not professional and make us feel like we bother them. My husband has to go through an unbearable nerve pain in his lower back for 4-5 months and really needed help from our family doctor and his staff. They said it is an emergency case and yet they never followed up with us. My husband was unable to move and was rushed to the ER where the ER Dr asked us to go back to our family dr for a referral. We called the receptionist to book an appointment to see our family dr as my husband was incapacitated and they booked him a week later for an ER case! When we were refered to the specialist, the receptionist told us that we had to wait for 2 years to see him! And I told them many times this is an emergency case. All they said were: ' I am sorry, nothing we can do'. ( In fact, yes there are lots of things they can do!) I had to ask them to provide the specialist's information and contacted myself. Within 3 days continuing calling and explaining how my husband's condition getting worse, I was in touch with the specialist and rushed my husband for surgery within 10days! If the receptionists had the work ethnic and had the heart for the patients, they would have helped us. But apparently, they didn't care! We were waiting at their office and many times I heard them talking and chatting with one another and laughing. But they say they are too busy and receiving far too many phone calls! That is unbelievable! I would give them 'NO STAR', would not recommend!

She explains the results of my tests in terms that I understand and includes me, my concerns and opinions, in decisions regarding my healthcare. I always feel that my health is in good hands with Dr Loewen, she truly cares about her patients.
M	Megan Alexis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Loewen is absolutely amazing. I just moved here from Ontario and spent forever looking for a new family doctor. I have NEVER had a family doctor that genuinely cares as much as she does. She is extremely intelligent, comforting, and well spoken. She pays close attention to detail, and focuses on very specific things in order to cater her care to each patient. She always makes time to discuss any concerns I have. She usually runs on time within 10 minutes of the appointment which is quite amazing. I actually got my boyfriend to go get her as a family doctor, which is an accomplishment as men don’t always love to get a doctor lol. All it took was him hearing about a conversation I’d had with her and he was in! 12/10 recommend.

She asked a lot of questions and gave answers to all my questions, something I have never had before. Finally I have someone to explain lab results! She listened to my concerns and set a plan in place for treatment. She is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate about the health and wellbeing of her patients. I know I am in good hands with Dr Loewen.
