★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to come here to see Dr.Cox, I had a phone appointment set up with her today and I accidentally missed her phone call due to a medical emergency at work. After I noticed I had missed her call, I called her back only a couple minutes after she called me and I called her two times and left a message. She just called me back later in the day saying that she won't have any appointments further with me simply because I missed her call and she hung up on me, I am actually extremely upset as me and my boyfriend were planning to see her as our family dr and luckily he didn't miss her call and saw a much nicer side of her. I am very disappointed that she couldn't have taken my call when I literally called her 2 minutes after she called me and now completely refused me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Shiu is amazing and attentive and our entire family has been with him for over 10 years. His receptionist June tries her best to get us in promptly and is always kind when we see her in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family doctor they have horrible customer service, receptionist doesn’t have any doctors available to book any appointments on more then one occasion. Receptionist is friendly enough but it’s just not acceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed I need to write this review. I was recently accepted as a new patient with Dr. Cox and she took her time, seemed kind enough and was willing to take me on. Unfortunately my husband did not have this experience and had the same experience as others on here with a missed phone call. I am sorry to say he felt she was cold, dismissive, and ungracious. I understand a doctors time is valuable and that they are strained with the weight of this pandemic, but it is simply not acceptable to me that someone would willfully treat another this way. I hope she reads these reviews and is more thoughtful about how she responds in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are good it’s the front staff that is horrible .. dr bajbaj is great dr he nows what he is doing. On phone and in person dr bajbaj is very good. He listens and will assist you in your needs there is one staff that is really good there fees staff that need to change there attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bajaj is a very attentive doctor. He made sure my partner got some antibiotics for his pneumonia right away. My partner was on his feet and his cough and breathing better in a few days. All done by a phone call. Thank you.
However my new Dr Cox -I am very disappointed with her. Her phone calls are short and she doesn't have time for me to add any information towards how a medication is giving me terrible results. She seems fine regarding my answering her questions only with yes or no. I accidentally hit the decline button on my cell phone from my poor concentration and confusion I have. She left a message that the second call I would be charged $60 and if I missed the 3rd call I would not be a patient of hers anymore. I got this doctor in the summer and have never seen her for a medical check up at all. I'm totally vaccinated since end of June 2021 and soon to get my booster. However she still doesn't see patients. Even though we all wear masks. I had an appointment with Dr Bajaj and he had no problem seeing me and his bedside manner was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Bajaj is very thorough and professional. Even recently I'd forgotten to deactivate the 'block unknown callers' setting on my phone, for my upcoming phone appointment and he didn't give me a hard time about that.
He also didn't give me a hard time about taking over 2 months to go get my blood tests done (procrastination is a symptom of my ADHD)
Highly recommend this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with Dr Cox today. Agree with the bad reviews she is very rude and dismissive. I had to have a telephone consultation with her today as Dr Bajaj was away. I will never deal with her again. My own husband is an anesthesiologist and from my experience with doctors most have a good bedside manner. Cannot say the same for her. She was in a hurry to get off the phone and had no problem in even telling me she has not only her patients but Dr Bajaj's patients to call too so she has to get going even though I wanted a lab requisition, she even had the audacity to say I have had this issue for years 2 more weeks won't make a difference...
