B	Brittany Maple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of months ago my husband brought our daughter in for a uti and the physician berated him for not wiping for her- she’s nearly 7 and in school- he was accusatory and incredibly unprofessional. I decided to give the clinic another try today because I’ve had sinus symptoms and a sore throat for a week, I presented to the testing Center earlier in the week and they gave me two rapid tests which I’ve done this week and both were Covid negative. I went to walk in and she refused to admit me to see a doctor because I “could be lying” about my rapid tests and didn’t have a Covid result from public health. Horrific client care practices.
J	Jennifer Fortowsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be frank, the receptionists are so unprofessional I may as well play doctor with my 5 year old to get appointment times, an answered call or any sense of seriousness. I tried calling about blood in my stool, got put on hold twice in the first call, so I called back and had to call 20 times for her to answer just to be laughed at when I asked if she wanted a reason and maybe a name for said appointment. If anyone needs a job it seems they hire unqualified people who should not be in customer service.

You will be on hold for hours, hung up on, forgotten about while in the middle of speaking to them. The doctors will help you but only if you can get everything said and done in 10 min and if u explain anything with detail you will be interrupted to get things done faster. In the clinic you can hear every single word said in the nearby rooms and sometimes from the waiting room... Your records will be withheld for 50$ so if you are low income do NOT go here, it will only further retraumatize you from being told yet again that you do not deserve adequate medical support.
K	Kim Sears on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The state the office is open until 4pm, I went in at 2pm, someone was being checked in when I walked in, there was NO one in the waiting room. I walked up to a person at reception. I stated I wanted to see a doctor, and I was asked why. After I stated why, the receptionist clasped her hands behind her head sat back all relaxed and said, ya were not actually taking any more patients today. I said aren't you open until 4 to which I was told, ya it's Monday, and its been busy, so the doctor's aren't seeing anymore patients today. Considering the person beside me at the counter was being checked in I felt judged and lied to. HORRIBLE place, HORRIBLE customer service skills by that woman. Body language showed her attitude towards me and possibly she didn't feel my reason for why I needed to see a doctor was good enough for her. I ended up going to Mission walk in clinic, who unfortunately take reservations, each morning for that day. I was able to get a a phone call with a doctor the next morning, and I was given a MUCH needed prescription. I don't recommend Olive Tree Medical Clinic, but sadly there are few choices in any town, for help when you can't get in to see your own doctor because of waiting lists. People are stuck on where they can go, and Emergency is so backed up, you end up waiting 10 hours, as you are not an emergency situation, and should be seen at a clinic. The receptionist at Olive Tree showed NO compassion to me. It's not her place to judge medical needs, only to book people in. She doesn't deserve that position!!!
D	David Van-Gelder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible to get through to the office on the phone - I had to call 10 times this morning just to make an appointment and immediately got put on hold. The office staff seem to have no idea what they're doing - the simplest tasks like emailing a form to a patient somehow elude them. On every occasion that I've spoken to Dr. Aurora she is short and curt and even standoffish. At one point she actually said "you're dumping a lot on my plate" after I'd advocated for her to investigate an issue further.
P	PJ K (Philo_Sophia) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate Dr. Arora's help, and am happy to have her as my family doctor. However, this clinic really needs to work on answering the phone. The answering machine tells you don't leave a message, so patients have to keep calling back. However, you can be calling for 30 minutes to an hour straight and still nobody picks up the call. I'm not sure why this clinic has problem answering calls.
M	Mikayla Roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been happy with Dr. Arora's care the two times I have had a phone visit with her, however I cannot get through to the office by phone to schedule an appointment or ask questions .. I get better service and timeliness at a walk in clinic. I am not sure why they do not hire more receptionist staff. I was so happy to have a female family doctor but if I can't reach her, what is the point? I am now looking to change clinics.
S	Shadows on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical receptionists are expected to be professional [even over the phone], compassionate and discrete - That they are certainly not, unfortunately. It is very embarrassing when you are trying to be private with your issues and they just don't care who is round speaking loudly. There are other people around. Not cool. 3 stars coz of that. Will change ratings once we notice great improvements. Dr. Kim however is phenomenal. She is straightforward, understanding, pleasant & great bedside manners. We are lucky to have her as our family Doctor. ?????
