★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool place with a flippin' delicious chai latte. So yummy I had to get up and tell the extremely friendly folks at the counter.
I was in Abbotsford this evening and I had to go back already, and the chai latte was just as delightful, and it was a lovely atmosphere to hang out and enjoy my tea. Took home an apple fritter - oh yeah! I highly recommend getting a doughnut - everyone seemed to be coming in for the first time because they heard about them or tried them. Enjoy!

If you’re vegan, there aren’t many food options. Just double check what you’re given as I received a frozen treat that I was told to be vegan. Two bites in I double checked and it was gluten free only. Which was an honest mistake, just sucks to have a guy ache and headache for the next 4h.
Otherwise a great place that I’d recommend for coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy moments need a post! I have been looking for a new donut place in my new town and came across SippChai. I called yesterday for donuts, but they were sold out. The flavours for today sounded delicious so I dropped in after some errands. Again they were sold out! At 11AM! I ordered a Chai latte (which is amazing!) and mentioned I had called yesterday. Turns out, the owner had correctly guessed I would be coming in today and saved me a box of each flavour! Exceptional service, setting and flavours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here. The Sip Chai Latte is a must if you haven't tried it. Very unique flavor and taste. This clearbrook location is the right one to go to. Very good homestyle food that doesn't make you feel sick. Reasonably priced and friendly owner/service! Will be back and tell others. Also they have the best Donuts in Abbotsford hands down. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is super friendly and personable. The donuts are really good and the sippchai latte is nice. I don’t love how there are no posted prices. I like to be prepared when I pay and sometimes choose items based on price as inflation is out of control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dropped by for a coffee and found a huge assortment of fresh donuts, too. Staff are awesome! Everyone so friendly. Chai latte was so flavourful. I couldn’t resist the donuts. Took home six. Already tastes two…… so yummy. Will definitely return.
