★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location since it opened. I am a homeless person and i am there most every morning. Certain individuals who work here(one recently quit), clearly don't appreciate those who are down and out.
I don't want to go elsewhere, but I must.
Thank you those who showed respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the mozzarella and pesto panini and real basil leaves. Finally something close to Italian sandwiches, too bad it's sales out pretty quickly as is the only vegetarian option, this should give an hint to the company to have more available for customers who don't eat meat or eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys make THE WORST Pink drinks! Stop being cheap and put less water in the strawberry açai mix all I can taste is water and coconut milk! This is the FIFTH TIME ITS HAPPEN! The only reason I got my partner to get one today was because my favourite Starbucks just down the road is out of the mix step up your game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobile ordering has totally ruined this location. The place can barely keep up with walkin customers. Now with people mobile ordering 4 or 5 heavily modified drinks on top it has become a total nightmare. Just waited 25min for a single drink. Staff is very friendly and professional but definitely not equipped to handle the volume.
