A	Abin Mjr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice gym with good space and equipments. But the service is really bad. One of the worst mobile app which makes it so difficult to book an appointment. Such a huge gym and letting very limited people inside compared to other gyms. Really hard to get a gym reservation even if you try 24 hours in advance. If the members are not getting a spot for their workout session what's the point in collecting such huge fees.

r	randy friskie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company should not be allowed to operate as they actually outride lie about accounting procedures and will sneak payments through and hope you don’t catch it. When asked about this they will blame it on you and say they put the account on hold as a courtesy. They did mention that in our call and I explicitly told them that I had been in three accidents and had my doctors note stating that I would not be returning and they said it was taken care of. They had done it before and I caught it so they apologized and said it was taken care.of and it wouldn’t happen again. Well they lied and I was not well as I have some very serious illnesses going on and was not watching my accoun. Then I find out they reinstated me and also were charging my sons account to my card which was changed years ago. When I spoke to the representative she told me it wasn’t there mistake and they will see if the can reverse maybe three months. When I told her my life end diagnosis she stated that we are all going through a lot right now and I should do what I have too? Thanks Good Life You should be ashamed and have only ever wrote one negative review before this as everyone has bad days but this is dishonest and very poor compassion on the customer service department and the company.?? Take care and beware
E	Ellesha Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great gym. It is always clean and organized. There is a good variety of classes and machines. The women’s area is nice and the massage chairs are great. The staff are encouraging and helpful. The prices seem fair and I loved the hours and daycare. I hope that returns soon.
M	Mark J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my membership in 2016 due to the place being full of noisy kids during the day time; They give free membership to 12-17yo's during Summer. While this is a nice initiative for the kids, it ruined the nice atmosphere in the gym due to noisy teenage boys shouting back and forth in the shower stalls and making noise in the change rooms, etc. Kids strolling around the workout area not even working out...just hanging out to kill time. I'd rather spend my money at a gym that isn't using my membership fee to fund free teenager daycare. I wouldn't mind at all if the staff would just make sure the kids aren't causing a disturbance in the change rooms. Was about to rejoin until I remembered this.

I considered joining, but I have witnessed the gradual cutting of hours (it used to be open at night, offering convenience to shift workers), and removing services. Still, the membership fees remain the same. Other gyms, in Abbotsford, still provide towels and are open at night. Failing customer service will soon result in this chain's demise.

Members are paying 24/hour access $ but receiving half the accessibility including but not limited to: limited weekday hours, restrictive weekend hours, and CLOSED on holidays?! The holiday hours used to be at least what the weekend hours are now. Members should not be paying the same amount as other locations because this location has absolute garbage hours. Side note, staff have been great and equipment is good. But what’s the point of having equipment you can’t use since it’s closed anyway?
