★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pretty much signed my life away to Kids Matter and they haven't fulfilled their obligations. They were paid 7,000 dollars by the Autism Funding Unit and have not ever sent me any of the reports or assessments done for and on behalf of my son. They held an invoice over my head which was paid on July 23rd. I have been given nothing but the run around in regards to the reports. I have heard it all now including other children's reports come first even though mine were done before summer, I have heard they were sent, I have heard the postage wasn't put on the envelope by UPS, I have heard they once again have been sent, I have literally heard it all. I would not recommend the over priced services which didn't benefit my child in anyway. Like all the other children, my child has an IEP, my child has appts with doctors and councilors and he doesn't matter to Kids Matter.
