B	Bonnie Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great way to start my morning ... sign says they open at 8:30, I'm standing at the gate & can hear two ladies having a lovely conversation in the back ... now it's 8:32 and still no opening ... I call out "Hello? Anyone home???", a face looks out the door window into the back, sees me, and totally goes back to whatever they were doing. Two minutes later they both come out, one gives me the "what?!" look with head shake, and the other (much older) lady toddles to her wicket, futzes with stuff, then toddles the long way around the counter to start unlocking & folding back the security gate. When she FINALLY gets to the front of the store, with much struggling with her keys to make it look really good, I say "Running late this morning?", only to get a blank stare. I was only there to pick up a registered letter for work ... got back out to my car at 8:37. It took like 30 seconds for her to retrieve my envelope, the rest of the time was spent doing God knows what on my time. Also, all clocks on their wall were showing at least 8:40 by the time I walked out. Sorry this is so long, but making a public complaint has been a long time coming. I hate dealing at this outlet ... they are rude, slow, and totally on their own schedule.
M	Marra Nagle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service from brown-haired female employee. Normally, I wouldn't make a bad review, but it was not the first time she's been rude. It is usually a know-it-all attitude or an eye roll. The only good thing about this post office is the blonde guy.
M	Michele Lylyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was returning a wrong box sent to.me from Telus there was to be no fee for their mistake. The lady (Grace is on the receipt) long brown hair just came back from lunch or break, open her station and I went up, I was given scissors and told I needed to get the tape off the wall and seal the front of the box. She said I could go back, so I did and she tries to charge me. I let her know there is no fee it was a mistake from Telus and they gave me a code. She was insistent I at pay for the tape, I told her I only took it because you told me too and she could bill Telus then as this was their mistake and they were not having.me pay. She was rude explaining this is a business and I needed to.pay for the tape, I literally used a small piece. A guy in the lineup offered to pay, I thanked him and said I didn't have any money. When this man got up to the teller this same lady said it's okay don't worry about it! I told her she was so rude and I wished she would have shown.me that same kindness. Very very rude service from this woman for no mistake of mine.
M	Mel Pat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. I have a medical exemption and this post office refused to service me. They didn’t even try to accommodate me. I was dropping off a box with a pre paid label. All they had to do is take the box from me. The manager told me to get out and go somewhere else. I have never experienced anything Iike it. I said it in the store and I will say it again they should be ashamed of themselves. This is not the Canada I know. When I tried to show one of the rude women my paper work she said “I’m not touching that”. Doesn’t surprise me this location has such low ratings.

The ladies were also nice and welcoming. I would recommend this place. Probably the biggest Canada post locations I have been in, besides their depots.
