★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orange Theory Abbotsford is preparing for their "Re-opening" and had confirmed an appointment with me to set up a membership. When I showed up at the time we confirmed via email, no one was there. I emailed and called and did not get a response. I waited a few days for them to respond but they never did. I called a few days later and the receptionist said "She probably left early as she has a kid". I had to tell the receptionist if someone makes an appointment and they have to cancel, it is common courtesy to contact those that are suppose to be coming in. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my workouts with Kabrin, Andy, Vince and Eliza! Cant wait to meet the new coaches too. Lovely front desk staff remember your name and always down for a chat. If you want a coach led 1hr balanced HITT workout to help you transition into going to the gym, Orange theory is it! Ive never gone to a gym before March 2020 and I have seen a world of difference with my mental health, body and energy levels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really glad I made the leap into OTF. The staff are great and the coaches are very encouraging and always bring a ton of positive energy, especially on those days when it might be a little harder to get to the gym. I've been attending for 3 months now and am very happy with the results!
