★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best, most supportive exercise place I have ever been to. Love the owner Julie and all her staff. The staff plan, direct and monitor your exercise program as part of the membership. They watch you and correct your form if necessary. This is a supportive non judgemental environment and I am so grateful to have found vfc them.

I have complex problems with my body and they are happy to work with my team to find the safest ways for me to move my body and exercise. They focus on feelings and no measurable goals, and progress; not how you look. I LOVE LIVE WELL!

for Open Heart Surgery but it has journeyed me through my rehabilitation.
At times I thought I would never feel the same again but with their careful
attention and coaching I have been able to turn a corner and enjoy energy
again. My cardiologist and GP are both very impressed with the professional and effective help that they have been to me. Thanks Live Well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started with LIVE WELL ..what a great caring atmosphere. I have not exercised in sometime and have minor health issues that have prompted me to start a healthy path again. The clinic staff is very informative on how to start a program and have taken in account the issues I want to relieve. Small classes are a added bonus, the "one on one" help is amazing. Everyone who goes there is kind and helpful. Love it!!!!

Highly educated, kind and patient staff design individual programs to help anyone with any medical issues improve their health through individually designed exercises! No pressure, don't have to keep up with others, rest when you need to. Live Well Exercise Clinic is not a regular gym. Everyone works out at their own pace - clinic is spotless and disinfected all the time, and you get to know new people in similar circumstances as yourself!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending the Live Well clinic for two years and my experience has always been positive. Both the staff and the other clients are friendly and supportive. Class sizes are small and you get lots of one on one attention. The staff are very knowledgeable and they set up an exercise program based on your needs. Your exercise plan is revisited on a regular basis. I would happily recommend this gym to my friends.
