I can honestly say Dr harrtl is the best Dr I ever came across .This Dr has the best bed side manners and makes you feel very comfortable with any visit or procedures I once praised him at how good of a Doctor I thought he was.....He looked at me and said...' Paul I love my job and I love helping people.....enough said ..It takes me an hr to get here but I don't care because it's always a pleasure to see this Doctor.....and his receptionist are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what's going on......can't say enough about thisoffice
P	Paul Brothers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is under my alias name as I do not want my child's personal info shared online. We did not have a good experience here. To begin, our child's ears were completely obstructed with wax, as per the pediatrician's assessment as well as my wife's (she's a nurse). The pediatrician made it clear that we cannot move forward with a treatment plan (to determine if there was an ear infection and if he needed antibiotics) until the obstructions were removed. Fast forward to Dr. Hartl's office assistant to book a time: she was SO RUDE to my wife on the phone saying that they cannot do anything until the infection is taken care of. I could hear her yelling at my wife over the phone. Our question was "how can you treat something if you don't know it's there?" She refused to inform Dr Hartl despite her request to consult with him. It was such an obvious power struggle with her. Appointment day: My son and I go into (he's 3) the examination room and it was obvious he was going to cry. Dr. Hartl looked into ONE ear (our referral was for both) and says "this kid's ear is completely open!" I was so confused. He didn't look into both, even after I asked him to. He did absolutely nothing and left the room. When we got home, my wife used her scope and could see that both of ears were still completely blocked. What a waste of time. Never again.

My 7 year-old son can be quite nervous about seeing doctors (like many children!) and was terrified of having his tonsils and adenoids taken out. Dr. Hartl made him so comfortable he looked forward to going to see the doctor. The surgery went incredibly well, and my son was so well taken care of. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hartl!

Dr. Hartl is an impeccable specialist, knowledgeable, very caring and happy person ❤️❤️ But his unit clerks are opposite. They are not warm or cheerful at all. As if they are not enjoying their job?.. this is my feedback and people make improvements sometimes!!

I got called in because they had a cancellation and went in for surgery the next day. The process was easy and I was out the whole time and I was home within 6 hours including recovery time. Now I can breathe through my nose and the difference is night and day, thank you Dr. Hartl!

He let me know that surgery was unnecessary and took the time to explain everything to me. Other Doctors often make the patient feel like a number and rush rhe appontment, Dr. Hartle treats your case with care and attention. Other Dr's may have seen dollar signs $$$ but he is very ethical and puts the best interest of the patient first! In a very greedy world it is wonderful and refreshing to find such honesty.

The front desk staff were so kind and compassionate over the phone and in office. They allowed my husband to come in with me, and were very accommodating. When Dr Hartl came into the exam room, I explained my nervousness and he was so kind, reassuring and very gentle with the examination. He took the time to hear my concerns, do a thorough exam and come up with an action plan. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to see an ENT who is nervous or anxious. I really enjoyed my appointment. Thank you, Dr Hartl!
