The service was outstanding, our server was friendly, polite, caring, sensible and provided us with perfect service, checking in on us just enough without too much (which can sometimes happen at quieter times). The food was perfect as outlined on the menu with no issues. Unfortunately, I feel both Abbotsford locations of this chain are lacking in the warmth or modernity of other BP locations… (Langley, New West, Merritt) all have nicer restaurants.
E	Emma Hoskins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was unfortunately brutal. No drink refills, had to ask multiple times for our drinks. We waited with empty plates and drinks for 20 minutes for our bill. The place was almost empty so it's not like he was busy. Food was good, but not sure I'd do dine in again.

Nobody even came to our table its been 10 minutes already,so my husband and I got up and left we are across the street now at Mr Mike's steakhouse . We were greeted at the door with a smile ? and had our drinks within 4 minutes
F	Fabiola Klassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, amazing food and fast service. Was very pleased with the service and spending my birthday here. Also allow up to a month after your birthday to get your free dessert if registered with them through the app or have an online account. Loved it!

There were a couple staff that came to the table with food, plates, etc that had no personality. I would also like to mention that none of the staff we saw were wearing masks. An important note for many people right now.

The Smoked Gouda and poblano ravioli with chicken and the Appy platter were the bomb. A special shoutout to our server who was quite attentive, thank you Shawn or Sean. I forgot the spelling but I remember the name, BP is where it's at.
