★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location and asked for help and advice in dying my hair. I asked all sorts of questions but the associated just blew me off. I will not be returning and HIGHLY recommend going to another location. Useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for dark brown hair dye. Asked the girl with a blonde buzz cut for help. For I’ve only gotten my hair don’t at salons or bought box dye before. She picked out my bottles. Trusted her advice in mixing the products she gave me. Just to have my hair bleached. Later looked into to see why this happened. She gave me a 30 vol developer instead of 10 vol. Which I now the the difference of.
When I went to return what I had been giving. Still having over half of the 30 vol left. The girl with dark brown shoulder length hair tried to make me repurchase the items. Saying accidents happen.
So it isn’t bad enough your employee ruined my hair? I now have to pay to fix it. After some back and forth she she rudely gave me the bottles and said take them. You would think after ruining someone’s hair it would be a no brainer to replace the product with proper ones. Highly doubt I’ll step foot back in this store. Will make stops in surrounding towns at their Sally stores when out and about. Let’s hope their staff is more knowledgeable and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store to have it sure beats going to the grocery store or drugstore for beauty products here you can actually buy what you need in good quality professional products and do it right.The employes are wonderful and so helpful, the only things are it would be nice if they had a few more product lines and professional brands for hair coloring as sometimes you need one of those than have to go elsewhere to get them and the customers who aren't professionals can't get them, the only other thing is they sell out of certain products fast i think it would be better if they had more volume of hot selling items. But aside from that it's a fun store and they have some awesome sales, you can't leave without finding something you need or want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got asked to leave Sally's beauty for shopping too long with a friend, 30mins maybe at the very most. The staff had us surrounded on all sides the entire duration of being in the store, and still felt the need to send a security guard to ask us to leave for being there much longer than we actually were. I've never written a review before on google but I'm just disappointed and grossed out by the the management there like its obviously because of how my friend and I looked or were dressed that made them decide we weren't able to look around longer. But when u have a full staff and none of them tried to help or assist us in anyway just assumed we must be stealing....really sad manger to not even be able to ask two other girls to leave herself but to call a man there to embarrass us. And now we have to find hair dye somewhere else...thanks for the exceptional service Sally's really outstanding!

If you come in looking to make your hair blonde and they don’t have toner, do not use the demi-permanent they suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally Beauty has been a great place to find inexpensive tools for hair styling, coloring, nails and most other beauty relax stuff. Today I was shopping for nail emery boards and spent way too much time looking for something that wasn't there and settled on something else. The staff were very nice but they just didn't have what I came for this time. I also wanted a diffuser attachment for the hair dryer and they didn't have much to choose from either. If the inventory matched the staff's enthusiasm, this would be an awesome shop.
