★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold a product that I thought would straighten hair a cold brush that cost over 200.00 . Once I got home watched reviews on YouTube this product was not what I was looking for. I did not open or use this cold brush, I called the store and explained this was not what I was looking for and I was told to call the manager which I did. She did not try to make things right for the customer. Even though the return policy allows returns within 60 days, once they allow returns because of Covid. She said I can not get a refund or exchange. I have shopped at this Cosmoprof for many years. I have never had a problem until now with this new crew of ladies. I plan to get my refund contacting head office and BBB. I will not shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping here for 2.5 years since I moved from Chilliwack. I am in the store atleast once a week. I believe there has been some changes in staff over that time. I have always really enjoyed my experience, everytime I come in I am greeted so promptly and politely. The current manager I am horrible with names has been very helpful when I have asked when Malibu products or Guy Tang products will be in even though Im sure she gets those questions and customer frustration all the time she has always smiled and been so polite with me even suggesting something else. I rate the staff in there with 5 stars and I enjoy shopping at Cosmoprof!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the stock has been very frustrating, I find the staff go over and above to do what they can to find the product by making numerous phone calls and getting back to me. Great job inspire of a flawed company ?

I came in today.. looked around got my items
Went to the till. Stood there for a few mins. Called out hello a few times to finally get a "yea I heard you !"
She eventually comes and says "I was working back there"..... Okay... ?
I guess as I am such an inconvenience .. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very poorly organized and customer service is lacking. Since management changed hands around 2 years ago you can tell the store is not the same. Shopping at modern beauty around the corner has become a much better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have EVER seen! Extremely rude ladies. Whenever I have been here they have lacked customer service….not willing to help, or making rude comments. Today, they cared more about chatting with one another and gossiping about others. I stood at the till in front of two employees to not be acknowledged while they continued to talk to each other about personal things. When she did start to process my order she continued to talk and handed me the bag once I paid…. Which I had to look at the machine myself to see it was ready for payment since she didn’t mention it… I guess chatting is more important than providing good customer service these days! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars I would!

They always ask what our needs they always try their best to find the suitable products for us. I really like Harpinder,Samar and Suki. They are very friendly, always inform me about all the sales going on.
