The folks at the store were super helpful in assisting us design a custom couch --I love that we could choose fabrics, size, foam density, and just about any detail! They also connected us with an excellent delivery service. We were lucky and our new couch was ready in just a few weeks. We absolutely love it!

However, there's no substitute for a good atmosphere. Wife and I ordered our first couch from here and based on our experience this will be one of many future purchases. We felt certain stores in the area are too pushy in their sales practices. However, here at QLivingFurniture you'll find the sweetest and friendliest staff. Stephanie was very helpful (and patient), I can only hope I get to work with such folks in other areas of my life.

We have been shopping for a new couch for over a month and with our modest budget for the couch we liked, the search was challenging and time consuming to say the least. We finally found THE couch at the price we can afford at this store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Stephanie in particular. She simply asked and listened to what we were looking for and our budget and did her magic. More than happy and highly recommend!
L	Lynn B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 stock sofabeds from this store. The MOST UNCOMFORTABLE sofas we have ever sat on. Sitting on our tile floor is more comfortable. Nothing like the floor model. The store said we could return at our own expense with an evaluation of how much of a refund we’d get plus there would be a 1100.00 restocking fee. Seriously this is customer service? We are now having to sell these sofas and will be out several dollars!!! Do not recommend shopping at this store.
