E	Eowux Frier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to come pick up my medication the next day. I arrive around 9pm. My order is still not ready so they have me wait. Its finally ready and I pay for my prescription. I double check the medication and notice that they only gave me a quarter of what was expected. The pharmacy assistant (Shiran) didn't even explain to me that the medication was short. She started laughing when I was visibly upset about her lack of professionalism. The doctor didn't seem to care either. The owner who is reading this: you seriously need to listen to these comments and hire more competent staff who can actually do their job. This is the second time this has happened. Beyond disgusted by their service.
J	Jonathan Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: after sitting on hold for 20+ mins before finally getting someone on the line, I was hung up on quickly when they couldn't hear me on the line - after waiting all that time, hung up on in less than 5 seconds. I'm pulling all my prescriptions. Done with this. AVOID THIS PHARMACY. I normally like to ignore bad reviews because they seem to be often done in anger. This one isn't. Unfortunately this Shoppers (the pharmacy) is really, really disorganized. Almost every prescription filled (out of many) is filled wrong, or misplaced, or my doctor says they've faxed or called, and shoppers has no record, etc. It's not a one off thing either. It's about 75% of the time. They won't call for pickup, and if I call them they'll say it's ready but I'll go in to pick it up and it won't be ready. Truly a nightmare there. Management, if you read this, you guys really need to seriously help that team get organized or find employees that have those skills. It's remarkably bad.
B	Brandon Sousa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. My fiance and I went in to pick up a prescription that we had been informed was ready. Got there and the pharmacist didn't have it ready. Waited for a while and the pharmacist brought up two different medications. We were only picking up one and after we told the lady which one we were there for, we paid and left. Not even 10min later my fiance realized we had been given the wrong prescription and we went back. The pharmacist who gave us the wrong prescription told us it would be over an hour to get the correct one. She literally just had it ready to go, now it's another hour. Apparently once she puts it back on the shelf only Indiana Jones can figure out how to get it out again. Why did she bring up two to begin with? What a waste of time. Idiotic.
S	Sarah Pollock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff are so unprofessional, have no idea what they are doing half the time. I get it - they are busy, but they could be WAY more organized, friendly helpful and patient. The line up to pick up your prescription is usually a minimum 10 minute wait and that's if it's only you in line. When they are looking for your prescription half the time they look in 20 different spots for it, the other half of the time the prescription hasn't even been filled. And if your Dr faxes in your prescription you should call them right away to let them know you are expecting it to be ready for the next day (they usually won't fill it the same day) but be prepared to be put on hold before you speak with anyone for 15 minutes. Better than going in and standing around waiting being ignored for 20 minutes just to find out they still have not filled it. I really do NOT recommend this pharmacy. It's literally the worst I've ever experienced and I know a LOT of people agree with me. It used to be amazing! But I guess everyone and their dog goes to this one so they just can't keep up ?‍♀️ also, shoppers - if you want to respond to this review. Don't. I don't care what you have to say. This pharmacy has SUCH a low rating you need to fix the problem from the inside. Don't tell me my concerns are important to you. Don't lie. Nothing has changed in the last 5 years.
D	Deanna McCallum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst Pharmacy you will ever go to. They are rude, they take hours if not days to get your prescription ready. Even when they say it's ready it still takes half an hour with one person ahead of you. You'll be standing at the front without even acknowledging that you're there. You try to phone to get your prescription filled instead and you'll be on hold for 10-15 minutes if not more. They always lose prescriptions and lose faxes and then say they never got them and always have an excuse. Even If one phamasist has confirmed they have it. Another that can't find it will lie and say well they were clearly wrong. Or be rude to me and tell me I'm wrong. This Pharmacy really needs to shape up and rather get some better staff or train the ones they have MUCH better. I seriously can't say I've ever been to a pharmacy so bad in my life. The only reason why I use it, is because of the times they're open until because of my work schedule. but I'm definitely switching at this point because I'm sick of it, literally all of it. The long unnecessary wait times. The rudeness. The unprofessionalism. Just do better
C	Chad Kettner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy used to be fast. I don’t know what happened… last three trips have been 30+ minutes waiting for a prescription that I was told was READY. It’s insane. Everybody in the line has had similar treatment — some leaving, others being told to wait and they’re sitting behind me now. I’ve been standing at the front for 20 minutes and nobody has even said hi. I’m literally at the window and they’re open — but nobody has acknowledged me yet. Insanity. Look at all the recent reviews. “Please feel free to share more details at 1-800-SHOPPERS”… nah, please just hire more people or get a new manager. I honestly feel so bad for the staff, too. You can tell they don’t like it.

I went in there to ask if there’s a Canada post, the lady was so rude and she mentions nooo in a rude tone. I walked around and most of the shelves were empty. Not a lot of sales. Very small location too. I wouldn’t recommend this location, there are many nearby.
T	Tal Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Been here twice now for a special order my daughter's medication. They are so unorganized and I've seen them turn so many customers away for prescriptions they had submitted days ago. All the girls working back there have no customer service skills and some are so rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Update: just saw Shoppers typical cut and past response. Maybe take a look at all the 1 Star reviews and send someone down as a secret shopper and see the mess you have on your hands!
