s	starsky7581 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the all Canadian and hot wings, delivered - was quoted 40 min and arrived in 30. The pizza I think wasn’t one of there best, but the delivery driver is so chill. I told them cash and shoulda said interac cuz me n my daughter went through all my coats and even the junk drawer to come up with $45 and that only allowed $1 tip. So embarrassing when. You can’t properly tip excellent service. Hopefully next time we order she ll come again so I can make it up to her. All panagos make great pizza, some just have better customer service
B	B W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening when I went to pick up my food, I witnessed something that made me never want to return to Panago. I was waiting for my pizza and a customer walk in only to say “I just got the wrong order delivered from Skip the Dishes.” He then hands the pizza and dip back to the employee who proceeded to hand him the correct order. Skip the dishes then walks in to collect another order, and the employee hands the Skip driver the meal that was just returned. That order is not going to be warm, and was in the hands of someone who doesn’t even work at Panago. Who knows what happened in the mean time to that meal that is now being delivered to the correct home. I will not be returning, who know what happens to your meal before they drop it off!
R	RickyCV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the pizza we ordered tonight. Used a 2 large for $29 coupon. Panago used to be one of the best pizza places 10-15 years ago. Things change eh? We all agreed we’ve had better pizza from a supermarket’s frozen isle. What we had was quite salty and had little taste-bland in fact. No one was going back for seconds. Live and learn. Won’t be back no matter what coupons we receive. Too bad. I hate to see business’s go downhill like this.

Pulling out of the parking lot, I said to the wife, why did you pay online? I was gonna pay with my debit. She laughed and said, I didn't pay. Lol neither did I. Had to go back to pay.

Got home to realize dips were not what we ordered; called and the associate (wish I knew your name) was so wonderful. Literally hopped in his car and delivered the correct dips, all while saying "my pleasure" and refusing a tip. Made our evening. Thankyou so much for your kindness and going above and beyond.
