★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on skip a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the great food. Decided to pick up today instead of giving the money to skip and was given a pick up time. Wife arrived on time and waited over 30 min to get the food. Not cool. Will call Skip next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time here! The food was so so good! I had the pad Thai with chicken, medium hot. It was a tad too hot for me, so I'll dial it down to low for spicy next time.
The place is small and they do skip the dishes.
The staff was friendly and polite.
You do need to show your vaccination card and ID to dine in.
I took my friend for lunch for her birthday. They have a lunch menu all lunch dishes at $11.99. They had about 10-12 dishes on the lunch menu.
I will go again! I do recommend this place if you're looking for good Thai food.

However, beware had 2 bad experiences with the take out. Ordered at 5.30 pm for 6.45 pick up. However, food was not ready till 7.30. Everyone, was still waiting for orders just like I was. I wish they would honestly tell their customers the wait time before taking orders. Also, I think the skip the dishes is taking priority over regular service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've returned to this restaurant a few times since my original review in 2019. I'm happy to report that everything is just as good as it was and the seating has been updated and is now very comfortable. Thank you to the owners.
So I'll leave the rest of my review as is.
March 2019: Quick attentive service, fair prices and delicious fresh food. This is a delightful little restaurant on the southeast corner of Roberts and South Fraser Way. It's easy to miss the sign so look for the big Assante building which (sort of) shares the parking lot.
I forgot to bring my reading glasses so I'm not exactly sure what the correct name of the meal is. E6, vegetables with chicken and light black bean sauce. The server was attentive and made sure there were no onions or garlic in the meal. I also requested bean sprouts which were very fresh and white. My partner ordered a beef Pad Thai and he was also very happy with the meal, commenting on the nice presentation.
I'll be returning and ordering take out when I get tired. Hopefully I can remember to take pictures of the meal next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very excited to try I am thai. When I got home from my 4 minute drive I opened my to-go container to see that it came with lots of veg and beef, flavor is decent. So decent pad see ew if you don't love the noodles. THE NOODLES, they are thin, mushy and broken. Super disappointed judging on reviews. I will give then another shot, maybe noodle dishes aren't their best.
