Said our order would arrive in 55 min, okay, no problem. 55 min later I get a text from Skip the dishes to say that my order has been cancelled or modified and to call the restaurant. Call them and they say the delivery driver never came to pick up, but it's ready for me to come and pick up. When I got home, I realized I had been charged a $5 delivery fee. Not impressed. I have a severe (as in life threatening) allergy to red peppers which I had made clear and was noted on the bill, yet 2 of our dishes came with red peppers. You get one chance when it comes to getting it straight with my life threatening allergy and then I have no trust in future orders coming correctly. The food itself used to be quite good, this was sub-par at best. Also, we were shorted one dish. All in all, a terrible experience and we won't be ordering from here again. If you have a severe allergy, you might want to think twice about putting your faith in them taking proper care with your food allergy.
F	F A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. They’re my go-to option for Thai food in Surrey — affordable price, HUGE portions, and they have friendly & amazing service. If you love spicy food, you should ask for “Hot” for your food because they don’t mess around!! They lost one star because I ordered from them this week and the food tasted more bland than a few months ago so more consistency in taste would be appreciated (tho it could just be a fluke!).
S	Saffiyah K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond better than what I expected. We got Pomfret Fish, Mee Goreng with just vegetables, Sweet Basil Spicy Fried Rice and a regular steamed rice. They were so delicious. I usually get noodles when I visit asian restaurants and don’t like them often. But this place makes them so good I ended up taking the rest home because they serve big portions per plate. Seasonings, plate decoration, everything is amazing! The sweet basil fried rice was a lot spicier than we expected because husband had them before and they weren’t spicy but today it was super spicy, inedible for us. Otherwise everything is well done and definitely recommend trying this place.

May be they use the paste from supermarket and put just boiling water, mushroom and chicken. No greens (no lemongrass, no galangal, no lime leaves). Im a thai food lover, but they r chinese run restaurant, 0% Thai for sure. The server was ok but she demanded minimum 15% tip when i was already paying 10% on non delicious, frozen, food called "thai" but didnt taste like Thai. But honestly, the server was blatant n bold to ask minimum 15% tip when i felt 10% was ok for the level of service she provided (5/10). Tomyum in picture below. Never again guys!

Today we got our take out order from Phyllis and she was so helpful and friendly on the phone, it really made my day. This is one of my favorite local restaurants in the area because of the friendly service and really tasty food. Their Pad Thai is excellent as well as their fried rice dishes too. Sara is always amazing as well and always makes sure we have a great experience. Generous portions that make it more fun to order take out for those days you don’t feel like cooking dinner yourself. We’ll definitely keep ordering take out from One More Thai!. 5-Stars :)
P	Penny Rusty Sophie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away in one of the many strip malls in Surrey. They serve up a mix of Thai, Malaysian, and Chinese dishes. Generous portion sizes. The chicken in the satay and the green curry were quite tender. Thought the roti was a bit too thick (instead of airy) but it heated up well as leftovers the next day. Thought the green curry was a tad on the runny side (and had an unusual green color to it) but otherwise it tasted good with tender (not mushy eggplant), green peppers and onions.

We really enjoyed the delicious food. I normally don't get Asian food in Surrey and usually head to Richmond for Chinese/Asian food where the choices and food is much better. However, this just might be my new go-to place for Chinese/Thai food. Looking forward to trying more items from the menu.

The staff here were really nice and our waitress came by at the perfect times to keep our teas topped up. We have ordered take out from here a few times which was delicious so it was nice to dine in this time and had a very good evening here with my mom and our neighbor friend. I have enough leftovers for another meal tomorrow. We will definitely be back in the near future!!
