★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed by the fast and helpful service I received from West Can Parts. I was in need of brake pads and rotors for my wife's truck, who drives my infant son around daily basis. Not only did Tarn go out of his way to make sure he got the parts for me in a timely fashion, he was kind and courteous throughout the process. I am happy to say that my wife and son are happily back on the road safely. Thanks again West Can :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Speak from the point of view of an ex-driver for the Abbotsford location. I had much respect for all of the staff here.
The owner, Bill, however, has a questionable attitude. Behind-your-back complaints about the length of time taken for deliveries are one. Typical of a boss who wants you to break the law and risk smearing your drivers record just so he can get a part delivered 1 minute or so quicker.
Any mention of poor conditions, snow and ice included, are met with a retort such as 'if you don't like it just let the manager know and you can go home'.
If the owner wonders why I left when I did, it was to save my own reputation and not be coerced into doing anything stupid. I would rather walk out than be told to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All around great experience. I usually go to Lordco, but I think I'll be coming here more often. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, ready to help.
For anyone looking for supplies due to the current pandemic, they have lots of masks, face shields, and sanitizing supplies - stock up folks.

Definitely the right choice over the other "Partco's" I accidentally got the wrong part, and Derek and his team within less than an hour had it to me.

Awesome customer service and very helpful staff! Excellent selection of auto parts and ppe! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 5 STARS!!
