★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volkswagen Dealer advised me that I needed new brakes - so I took my lovelly 2013 GTI to Wolfsburg. Half an hour after dropping it off, they called to say that my brakes were fine and no work was necessary. I went back to the shop and they assured me they had looked at all wheels, both inner and outer pads, etc. No charge, even though they had the car on the hoist and wheels removed. A dishonest mechanic could have put the wheels back and and charged me for a brake job. I'll be avoiding the Volkswagen Dealer and returning to Wolfsburg for my next service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have taken my Atlas to Tim at Wolfsburg for its last two services since being referred to him from coworkers and will only go to the dealership for recall work now. Couldn’t be happier with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and zero bs. He’ll tell you what you need and won’t sell you on the stuff you don’t. Accommodating with booking times and services done on time, if not earlier.
Nice to be able to support smaller, local businesses and receive even better service and product than the alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim and the folks at Wolfsburg Auto have provided excellent, timely service for my Golf Wagon for almost 3 years now. Whether it's a regular oil change, swapping my tires, replacing my timing belt, or diagnosing a cabin heat issue, they have always been able to make it happen.
Tim always takes time to explain issues clearly, taking the time I need to understand what is going on. As a less than mechanically-inclined individual, I really appreciate this!
The dealer took enough of my $ when I bought my car. Happy to continue bringing my car to this independent shop for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are as honest as it gets! I've been going to them for years for repairs/maintenance and they've always been 100% honest with me. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. If you've got a VW and you need work done, go to Wolfsburg. My car runs like a dream and couldnt be happier. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to add my 100% satisfaction review for Tim and his crew at Wolfsburg! My first interaction with them was when I was having some trouble replacing a battery in my older diesel Golf. I rolled in and Tim asked me to leave it with them for the day and when I returned he sent me on my way without charging me. Well, I returned many times! That Golf was eventually traded into Tim for a Jetta he was selling that my daughters bought. The Jetta is till going strong! Then I had them do regular servicing on my 2012 Golf diesel as well as some minor repairs to a 2007 Rabbit my daughter purchased. Never any surprises and everything always done as discussed. If anything came up upon inspection, Tim was always quick to call to discuss the options. I would not hesitate to recommend Wolfsburg for anything your VW might need! Thanks to Tim and his crew for the great honest service over the years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to simply ask for a QUOTE not DIAGNOSIS for replacing an alternator (which i had). I specifically asked for a quote the owner said to leave it here and he will let me know in an hour. He calls back saying its $350 and we said sorry thats too much. Charged me $71 for a diagnosis which I didnt ask for. Proceeded to kindly address to him (no swearing or aggression) that this was ridiculous considering we knew what was wrong, so why diagnose the car for information we already know?. Waste of money and time. I called 2 other auto shops and they told me the price over the phone. Worst customer service, rude and manipulative. Never coming here again and advising you to do the same.
