★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 people phoned to confirm a reservation. Showed up for said reservation and then was told it’s first come first serve. That important detail was left out when confirming said reservation. Terrible customer service and communication. A business using COVID to their advantage by scamming people out of their money ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had so much fun! Lots to do and play with. It was nice that they perform temperature checks upon entry and it was great to see staff sanitizing surfaces throughout the time we were there. Nice seating area for parents, clean bathroom facilities.
It was our daughters first indoor playground experience and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Play Abby!! It’s such a great way to get the energy out of our 2 boys, especially when the weather isn’t great!! We’ve had birthday parties and many visits here over the years - all great times!! Bring lots of loonies, all the kids love the ride on machines!! Areas for all ages!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Especially great because you're allowed to bring in outside food and they provide free lockers so you can go play with your kids. Also, as an adult going through, everything is comfortable for following.
And finally, there's a separate space for toddlers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here a few weeks ago for the first time with our 16 month old. It was an enjoyable experience even though he was mostly obsessed with the money automated rides lol, we had an overall good experience there is a lot to do, mostly for bigger kids but still enjoyable for the little ones. Our son ran to the front desk and this lovely teenager ( we think she was a teenager anyway) staff member handed our son a squeaky ball for free and he was so happy to play with it. Had a wonderful time with sweet staff! Worth checking out if your in the area :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for the kids to play. We spent two hours there and the kids didn't want to go. There's a little kids area, the big play area, lots of ride on machines, and plenty of seating. My daughters fav was the projection floor games Was clean and comfortable. Have to wear masks but can take off at your table. Can bring your own food to eat.

Parents: bring yourself extra layers of clothing - the AC gets cold when as a parent you are just sitting at the table. It must be nice for kids though as they get hot from all the running.
If you go first thing in the morning, you can enjoy the whole day - until 5 on weekdays and until 6pm on weekends. You just have to leave the grounds for an hour for lunch.
There are fast food spots nearby though - Tim Hortons (steps away), McDonald's (a couple minutes' drive), etc.
There is also Once Upon a Child next door - awesome spot for a quick stop - inexpensive toys, strollers, clothes and other accessories.
