J's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza in town and I'm not sure what changed, but I will never order from here again. I ordered pizza last night for the family and there was very little sauce on our pizza. I called in to say I would like to have it replaced and they had to send a driver to receive the unwanted pizza, they couldn't just take my word that it was terrible. Then to top it off they said there was pizza missing, so they would only replace one of the two pizzas. We had a couple slices half eaten sitting on the counter that I had to drive in to prove that we weren't trying to pull a fast one, we were simply looking for better pizza (what we paid for). Still, even after driving to the store with the uneaten pizza, I was told I was wrong and that there was enough sauce and they would only replace one pizza.They say a picture says a thousand words, so I figured might be easier just to add it here.... In my opinion, this was the worst customer service I have ever received, never mind a complete waste of time! Do yourself a favour and pay an extra $4 delivery fee (if you live in abby) and order from Mission City Pizza - great pizza and great service!!

Tried the butter chicken and chicken samosa too, weird butter chicken cuz it didn’t really taste like butter chicken, still decent but on god the samosa was actually one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted.

I told them I’m here for dine in, they took my order but handed to me at 11:55 although I could see it ready right infront and told me I can’t dine in because they close at 12 and didn’t even give any explanation. I asked them patiently can I complete my food because I have to travel another 300 kms but they simply denied it. I understand their policy but in the first place if they said I can’t dine in, I would never order. Complete cheating. 0% satisfactory level never visiting this unethical and unprofessional shop ever neither would I suggest anyone. Totally unprofessional
A	Aidan O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this was by far the worst pizza I’ve had in Abbotsford, I usually take into account price and quality when saying this but the price wasn’t super low and the pizza was genuinely awful, there was a disgusting taste of grease that masked all other toppings and had limited sauce. This was a very disappointing experience!

But I must say Jim's was excellent, now I have 2 places that I love to have Pizza from. I will be going back to Jim's Pizza in Abbotsford. Try it for yourself you will love it.

It's also nice that they have multiple locations in Abbotsford that keep consistent between locations. Price is a bit cheaper for what you get in quality and portion. Fairly good selection of drinks and other things to go along with pizza like dips and garlic bread. Garlic bread was a bit small and lacking in garlic but thats about my only complaint.
