★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really slow service on the day we went, which was weird since it wasn't extremely busy. But to wait over an hour for our food was not acceptable. We ordered 3 kids pizzas, one lunch pizza special, half a rack, double order of wings and a grilled chicken sandwich.
Not very satisfied for the amount I had to pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with 5 kids and the servers were great! Fast friendly and kids ate free with the purchase of our adult meals. Beers were $5 which was a bonus! Overall awesome experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not good at this location. Was completely empty upon arrival, waitress made eye contact with me, I smile to let her know that she has a customer. She goes straight to cleaning a table, 2nd waitress goes to help her, 3rd waiter goes to help her. I sit there with no acknowledgement for about 10 minutes, man bun guy was friendly when serviced but overall was extremely slow and hard to justify 30$ for a meal for one when the waitresses are uninterested. Wont be back to this location for a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst service we have received. 20 minutes to order drinks and our food then the waitress did not come back ever.Slow service is fine that happens all the time but for the server to not come back till its time to Pay is crazy. I would avoid Boston Pizza at this location on a Saturday as they do not seem to be able to handle the tables they have not even at full capacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful day and we wanted a patio afternoon. Boston Pizza was prepared for the sun. Had a wonderful server Sean and he was a super host. Paid close attention to detail with allergies and always made sure our drinks had refills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at this location is excellent, and the estimated delivery time was accurate between 45 minutes and an hour. We only lived 5 minutes away and unfortunately our food was cold and I also ordered a burger with double extra bacon added which I paid for that was completely forgotten. Very disappointed in last night's food.
