★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Customer Service, they hold onto Cheques for 10 days in-branch and do not release them until an internal search gets things moving along. They were confused on what happens for protocol/procedures in their branch. They dont even deserve a Star because of their s-l-o-w return call backs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to agree with the person below. Envision has become a disaster. I recently was told (via email) that I qualified for a cash back promo. After everything was signed and approved, all of a sudden I no longer qualified. What?! What ever happened to owning up to your mistakes? After challenging it and being told by Tamara Hendsbee and Town Centre manager that Envision would make it right, they refused to in the end. Really disappointed in this bank. When I asked to reverse the agreement because of this, I was told I would have to pay a penalty. The only thing you can Envision at this bank is problems. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envision has grown into a seriously mismanaged business. I would no longer recommend banking with them. As a member of over 25 years their customer service has declined, they do not respond promptly, staff are not trained and unhappy and make empty promises. Save yourself your time and your money and go elsewhere. Their only concern is not the customer but rather meeting the targets that corporate sets them for. :(
