★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was waiting I had to listen to the receptionists bad mouth me for 10 minutes for coming in before my results were ready. I wasn’t in for my results so instead of jumping to conclusions try exercising a little empathy. Believe it or not this isn’t fun for me, there are places I’d rather be too. Next time you have a bad day and feel like trashing strangers over false assumptions do it a little quieter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to this clinic when needed. Some of the receptionists are pretty rude but the doctors are nice. I don't know why Dr Hart keeps getting blasted. He kind of have resting b**** face but he's actually not a rude guy at all. In general, I would never go to any walk in clinic for diagnostics unless it's just a bladder infection. But that's simply because a family doctor has your whole history and is better equipped to make an informed decision about a suitable treatment plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible clinic. I needed help and was turned away for no reason, horrible dead pan unkind receptionist, unprofessional doctors. Just a garbage clinic! Go somewhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East Indian receptionist was extremely rude to me this morning. I had no idea needed a mask in the office, so I asked of I could please have a mask and she said that "if I could read"!, I would have known to wear one......she is the over weight east Indian receptionist not the skinny one. Horrible won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point of coming here when the doctors don't even get back to you on weither your foot is broken or not? Or your back is damaged or not? And so on, this clinic is so inefficient and I feel like everytime I come here i am waisting my time.
All this stuff I need is to make sure I am healthy, but i guess that doesnt matter to this clinic. I remember a time when doctors actually gave a hoot about someones health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for two years now and never had any issues with the ladies at the counter or with the doctors. I get there early in the morning and leave never angry or disappointed. 2.6 stars doesn't seem right. The Doctor takes my IBS problems seriously. I'm going there literally tomorrow because I trust them.

Despite what some people say about diagnostic :10 years ago Dr heart same my husband life from a heart attack!
And take care of him since:)
So we recommend this place with a heart bit:)
