★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only get onion rings from A&W and this location is very inconsistent, sometimes they have ro much seasoning it's hardly edible and other times there is no seasoning, rarely do they get the right amount on there.
Staff is friendly and they are efficient, rarely make you wait longer then 5 minutes for fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me 30 dollars for a kids meal and teen burger combo. When asked why I was told apple juice is an additional 6 dollar charge. No one will correct it. Total should be 22 dollars. Never going back. Sickening how it was handled too. Incompetent staff needs retraining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, super convenient! BUT very slow service and for the last three times I have been, they always 'forget' something.
I do normally get orders for 4-5 people (all in one order) and some things are easy to spot (like a drink) but I wont sit there opening 3 bags to count and make sure all burgers, fries and everything is in there.. well, it hasnt been the case lately so, quite disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service, 5 star facility, 4 star food. Nice and clean. Fresh eggs for our bacon and eggers! Looks newly renovated.
Update... At 3pm I took my grandson and his friend for lunch. It took a while to get our food ready but everything was correct and complete. The young woman (Suki) who took the order was by herself except for the cook and she did an incredible job of looking after everything and I mean EVERYTHING! Suki managed the counter, the drive through, the tables, you name it.
If only they would use an easier to digest cooking oil, this place would get 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ >Food was fresh & Hot & The service quick No pleasantries Like hello or thank you ... besides that oh Only thing was they forgot our straws We went back to get them as We were travelling not going home and once we told them they forgot them & got 2 straws The staff gave No response like we are sorry or etc I find that rude so Staff could be better

The reason i know because i have worked at a&w in past and i know how it feels, looks, and taste like when the food is expired.
And everytime i went here the food was expired . ?
