S	Sanj Bola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another day at the same place, bad food quality, talk to the manager on duty. Explained the issue and was resolved kinda but still not happy. All I want is customer service and food quality to be at best and fresh and at time of pick up and not calling back and complaining. Taking initiative to make it right,instead telling us we are wrong, we pay for fresh , quality and service. Dec 12 2021 I have been to other restaurants, but this one always charges for every little thing you ask especially charging for chicken sauce or any other sauce substituted for ketchup. Service is not what it used be. Always disappointed go there and I have no chose , its close to my home. Again giving one star , very bad service, and no quality. Got chicken sandwich with burnt bun. Pathetic.
C	Chicken Patty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are friendly. Drive thru is speedy, even at off hours. My online reviews on their site never get acknowledged. Once had a hair in my burger. And on a different occasion, both hot beverages were not filled to the top.

Seeing an employee poke open the mouth part of the cup with an ungloved finger to see what the drink was instead of just reading it before giving it to me was probably my least favourite part.

The staff said something racist to me. They also threatened me to leave right away otherwise they would call the cops. Just don't go there unless you wanna waste your money and time for cold food.It's the worst McDonalds in Abbotsford ever.

The whole order was wrong and when called was extremely rude and hung up and when went back through drive thru, Two employees (female) dealt with the situation poorly and unbothered kept talking about me and I’m pretty sure they prolly spit in the food too so after receiving the order I just trashed it. Do not recommend at all. Managers should either fire unprofessional employees like these or at least should be dealt with. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
R	Russell Victor T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mc donalds at delair Rd & sumas Way was interesting... it's a smaller location, the tables were dirty, staff were friendly, and quick me and my friend Rob were eating at a table when I noticed about six very thick Curley short black hairs under my food on the table I never usually leave a negative review but this was disturbing. I let them know was cleaned by the young man immediately "A" for quick response time. Tables need to be fully wiped down, so no surprises are left behind.
