★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is ok, not great, everything just lacks spice. The waitd are usually long the staff seems to be an organized and the calling out the number for your order system is not quite flushed out in my opinion. Most of the time I will not go here and eat just because the lack of drive-thru and just knowing that'll be waiting for a long time for my food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I didn’t like the quality of food. Fries were soggy and black…. Fried in dirty oil…staff was rude. Nothing to do with a customers moving in and they were gossiping. They were not at all happy to be there. Never coming back at this location. Management needs to be either changed or trained properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the food and the service is friendly, but they didn't pack what I ordered. I paid extra, as I wanted only breast and thighs in the family pack, I asked them two times to be sure. They did charge extra, but they packed wings and drumsticks (they were not busy that time, so it cannot be an excuse). I still recommend the food, but open your box and check what you got, before you take it home, as they may rip you off. Also, they ran out of the mac'n cheese and the beans (on Saturday 5 pm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken is better when you eat in (take out results in soggy chicken). It is crispy, well spiced and just the right size. I do wish they had cheese for their chicken burgers, otherwise quite good. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally tried it. NEVER again. How this company survives is beyond me. Took the family. Very small portions. Far more coating than meat. Onion rings are tasteless. Staff literally throwing our food into bags with only 3 customers in the building. ( all exchanging looks) Had the shrimp and fish combo, small handful of the tinest shrimp that look no where near like pictured, many were just clumps of fried batter, one tiny dried out piece of coated fish. The chicken was no better. Even food presentation sucked. Just all chucked together in a box. I feel I am being VERY generous giving them one star but only because that was the lowest rating permitted. Like I said. NEVER again. Feeling very ripped off.
