I haven’t had a experience with Trail in the past but decided to give them another try since they have a brand new store in Abbotsford and I assumed their customer service would be amazing because they just opened. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I continued to look at appliances for the next half hour and not one person asked if they could assist. I was focusing on subzero and wolfe so obviously willing to spend a pretty penny. I eventually left with without so much as a nod from anyone. Surely there is a company out there who wants me as a customer? This is a sad reflection of β€œcustomer service” these days.

In preparation for a kitchen reno, we went into the store and met up with Patrick Louie. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We ended buying a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave that day, and were quite pleased with the price we paid. Patrick stayed in touch with us about when the appliances would be in, and to arrange delivery. All in all, a great experience.

Worst. Lie about price. Lie about delivery dates. Lie about install date. Play the blame game with delivery/installation.. 3rd party this and that. We were assured this "professional team" would install. Currently trying to make dinner with giant fridge and freezer placed in the middle of the kitchen. One big web of lies. They probably lie about their names. I would honestly avoid this place, at least the Abbotsford location.

We purchased a stove for our rental property last May that arrived with an issue. After leaving several voicemails for a callback that were never returned I finally hired an appliance repair company at my own expense to repair the stove. I left a negative review, which is the only thing this company responded to. All they could say was that their phone system was hacked so they never received any of my messages. Fine, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I removed my negative review, but still had to pay for the repair myself. I decided to take a chance and buy from them again in November; this time a dishwasher. It won`t drain now. I called a few times but could only leave messages as no one in service ever answered. I left messages requesting a call back and have now waited 20 days for that call back, but have never received one. Having your phone system hacked may or may not have been true, but now I`m unsure if it was true, as the same issue is again repeating itself. Use caution with this company.

Candace Sloan came highly recommended to me by the home inspector for my newly-purchased condo. She did not disappoint. Not only was she there for every step of the way of my appliance purchase, but she also went above and beyond by completely saving me when a big issue came up that was outside of the service I expected from her or Trail. She then followed up to make sure that the issue had been resolved, even though the sale had been completed weeks before. Candace is the definition of five star service.

The true rating of a company is how they handle problems if and when they arise. My mother bought a new washer and dryer from Trail and paid for delivery. By accident the delivery men ripped a small section of the flooring when they installed the washer and dryer. It was a little tuff to get the process going but eventually a Trail representative addressed the accident and took full responsibility for it. I was very impressed with the Rep, proactively keeping me informed of what they were doing to address the matter and she offered a solution that we felt was fair. All and all I am very happy that they took responsibility for the accident and I would recommend this company as a great place to shop and you don’t have to worry about them forgetting about you once a purchase is completed.

I had the good fortune to be helped by Candace Sloan in Abbotsford Trail Appliance store. She was terrific from start to finish. Even helped me deal with some trouble getting a refund from a store that could not supply my order. She helped me find the perfect fridge for our home. She managed to get us a fast delivery date and the delivery people were fantastic. On time and took care to install fridge. Had to take the back door off to get it in but they did with a smile. I have no doubt that when we are ready for our next purchase Candace and Trail are on the top of my list !! Thank you Candace. Merry Christmas. ?❄️?

We had originally went to Home depot but with delay after delay, we cancelled the order. We arrived at Trail Appliances and Danielle Fatica was amazing. She had great knowledge of the products. Danielle was able to secure all the appliances we wanted and had recommendations on the products which helped us choose. She arranged delivery for a week and half later. All the appliances were delivered on the date with a call beforehand to give us a window of time. I called Danielle with a question after arrival and she promptly called me back and offered her knowledge and then any future assistance if needed to learn some of the new features. 10 out 10 would recommend Danielle at Trail Appliances.
