Rolled in there for a dryer in a hurry. Wandered around a few minutes before someone showed up to help us. Nikhil Cherian sales person came to help us. I had a list of dryers on sale off their webpage. He confirmed what was what. We chatted quick and I asked him if he could have one ready for us when we come back shortly as we had to ick our boy up from school. We came back and ripped through the payment and as he promised, he had the specific one we picked, wrapped and ready to go out the door. He helped load it into our truck and we were outta there. If you head to Coast Appliances, deal with him. He was awesome and a great help.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I went into the store months ago and was shopping around for a new standup freezer they said they were on back order I offered to pay upfront and said whenever they come in. The lovely lady at the front said no need we have about 200 on order just call back closer to your move-in date we should have plenty in stock. No problem, called back one month ahead talk to a gentleman who asked me to get some measurements which I did left him a message with the measurements as asked never heard back. Call back and spoke to someone I believe his name was Andrew who basically got defensive and said do you know it could be 6 months, people are waiting for deliveries? I’m like ok, I’m one of them just trying to make sure I’m on the list lol- they don’t want the business…made it clear I was bothering them.

After I posted a complaint on Facebook about the poor after-sale support back in February, an employee of Coast invited me to contact them directly. So I sent them a long email explaining what I had been thru. For a while it looked like they actually cared and were going to do something to correct the situation, but here we are almost 3 months later and nothing concrete has come of their offer. I'd like to think that the two people at Coast I corresponded with actually did care, but it's clear that most of the company is only concerned with making a profit, and are not concerned with following thru once a sale has been made.

My experience was good with a small hiccup. I traded my fridge with another because when opening the fridge, the door would bump into the handles on my cupboard. I chose a floor model to replace the 1st fridge and was assured that the fridge was counter depth. It wasn't, but it works out and doesn't hit my cupboards when opening the door. When the 2nd fridge arrived, there were very noticeable dings in one of the french doors. I called to let Coast know and to see what could be done. In the end, the store manager Andrew, made it right with no hassle and offered to have the fridge door changed with no cost to me. Thank You very much. The service guy was very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. My overall experience with Coast was good. I would shop there again.

We ordered a dishwasher in April of 2022. We were told it was out of stock and would be due in around May 5th. We purchased it and had to pay in full. When May 5th arrived, we called to check in on the status and were told that it has now been delayed and would arrive sometime between May 12th and 29th. We called today on May 25th just to check in and, guess what? Now it’s delayed until June 18th. I understand that the current reality for many industries is that items are delayed or unavailable due to shortages of raw products. I used to work in furniture with overseas suppliers, so I’m familiar with delays and know that dates are approximate and out of the store’s control. The reason I’m rating them so poorly is that they do not call you with updates, you have to call them. If we weren’t calling to check in, they wouldn’t have contacted us to let us know about the delay until after the date had passed. In my previous job, we kept close tabs on shipments and updated clients waiting for backordered items as soon as we were made aware that the ETA had changed. Interestingly enough, when we checked for the same item at Home Depot, they told us that they wouldn’t have stock until May 29th, the same date given by Coast after the first delay. I suspect that they are promising earlier dates than competitors in order to secure sales. I also find it unusual to expect payment in full for an item that will not be in for an undetermined amount of time instead of taking a deposit and then getting payment in full when the item has arrived. Overall not impressed with the complete lack of follow up and communication. It makes a long wait even more frustrating and does not give me confidence that they’ll be any better with warranty issues or delivery.

When they mess up on your order and delivery don't expect them to correct their mistakes, instead expect to pay MORE than you already have on a full house appliance order and then wait multiple days to have your correct and forgotten items delivered. I would not advised anyone to purchase from this location. The manager as well was about as helpful as a as the missing piece I did not receive.

Disappointed in the sales associate we dealt with, M., she didn't respond nicely or professionally to any of my emails, I had to keep emailing to get a response and she didn't keep me up to date on lead times. Prices were average, location was easy to get to. I'm really happy with Trail appliances.
