M	Manabu Taniguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, worst quality of Furniture. Worst company. I have purchased a king-size bed and a bed frame with footboard storage drawers. We noticed one of the drawers was not even able to open and close properly, as well as both of the drawers were not levelled. They only fixed the drawer slide and left the other issue. See the picture. They forced me to pay for its total amount. I feel I purchased second-hand furniture. They did not meet my expectations whatsoever. I hope none of you would have to go through the same experience.
C	Christine Leys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike from Leon's told us that we'd receive two free pillows and a free bed sheet with purchase. After we returned a few hours later from shopping, he denied it. We purchased anyways. He mentioned that he'd call Delta and let them know we were on the way. When we got there, the lady mentioned he did not call and had he, she would of had everything ready. Instead we waited half hour. At first I thought I misheard the free items but when we returned, he mentioned to recieve warrenty, we needed a $150 bed sheet. After debating without him present and almost leaving, he came back and offered me one for $40 that was okay for warranty. This leads me to believe I did not mishear his original promises.
J	June Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever decide to make a purchase from this business, good luck. Expect to receive phone calls more than your wife will ever call you in your life time. I've purchased sofa from this business about 3 years ago. I am still receiving spam calls nearly 20 time a year. Leon should understand that spamming your phone calls to your ex-customers will never make them come back to you, it's rather annoying. Please remove me from your random lottery pool of phone numbers. Thanks.
A	A Slabicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Jupiter sectional (Absolutely LOVE it) waited about 4 months, the manager Lorena was more than helpful. Delivery - I would have to give 1 star as the guys told me my cardboard and garbage would be taken by the crew who sprays my couch. I called Lorena right after they left and asked if this was correct, she advised me the delivery guys were to take my garbage and cardboard. Took an hour and a half to get my couches unpacked, and there was a ton of plastic and cardboard to get rid of. Lorena did offer to come and take it. I put it out for my garbage day and luckily it was all taken. They also told Lorena I requested them not take the garbage which was a lie, so I recommend if getting your furniture delivered, make sure the guys unpack, and take the garbage. Thank you for all your help again Lorena! We will be back.
B	Bree N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just recently went in to look at couches and we slightly dreaded it because we didn’t want to be bothered or pressured much. We were so surprised to see that they left us alone but made sure we knew they were around if we needed them. Harman ended up helping us with our questions and we ended up finding the perfect couch for us. The whole process was easy and quick. We hope the rest of our experience with Leon’s (we are still waiting for couch to arrive etc) will continue to meet/exceed our expectations!
C	Chris Stocks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, helpful staff but not pushy which is a nice change. Bought a mattress which was delivered 2 days later as promised. Everything went as planned and communication from the store and delivery drivers was excellent. The guys were in and out within a few minutes. Thanks to Nick at the store for his advice and great service. A lot of places it is stressful even going in because you feel like you are under so much pressure from the sales staff, this is not the case here, great job.

Manager Ryan helped us to plan for our living rooms , guest rooms & bedrooms and secured us remarkable discounts . The crew were fantastic , special thanks to Harman , Katie, Marian for the amazing assistance on the floor . One among the few place where I saw their after sales service is phenomenal. Will be going back & definitely recommend Leon’s for their wonderful Customer Service.
J	Jared Andrews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am at a loss for words. The first pictures you see are for a previous tv stand I purchased from Leon’s in Abbotsford. To my surprise the entire glass top was given to me completely shattered. I had only realized the damage after I had completed the assembly to uncover the broken glass top at the end. You can see from the pictures the dents in the box and desperate attempt to re tape the damaged box cover. After pleading my case in person the manager offered me a new tv stand and we agreed to put the cost of the previous one towards the new one. After another two months of waiting my package finally came. This time around I had set up Leon’s to deliver it to me directly. I got the delivery guys to carefully open the glass pieces and inspect them, they came together and not broken this time. They also turned the box on its end so I could open it up further. HOWEVER, after they left I finished unboxing my tv stand to see ANOTHER break in my furniture!! At the very bottom of the package you can clearly see from the pictures a large crack in what will be the top of my tv stand. Unbelievable and completely unforgivable from Leon’s as this is now TWICE in a row they have given me my furniture broken! I like to say I am a loyal customer to Leon’s Furniture. I have my whole bedroom decorated with their pieces. I trusted my favourite furniture store and they disrespected me as a customer AGAIN!
