I had an issue with a dining table I purchased, and the customer service team was so easy to deal with and they are replacing the table at no cost to me! Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Ashley!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a very warm welcome entering the store, to allow us to browse around and checking in periodically to answer any questions we had, Cindy was amazing with a great personality and a strong customer focus (which is a rapidly depleting feature nowadays). Amazing service!! (Oh, and Ashley had a ton of great furniture items and wish we had a bigger house)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I am very pleased with my experience at Ashley HomeStore in Abbotsford. The store had lots of beautiful pieces of furniture all very well displayed.
I just ordered some furniture for the first time at this store today and the sales representative, Cindy, was very personable. She explained things very well and was very helpful. I am very much looking forward to our oversized swivel chair arriving in a few weeks.

Her spirit and friendliness made it easy for my Mother and I to navigate through our purchases with ease, and I enjoyed every bit of conversation we shared. I purchased a mattress and box spring from Cindy, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the mattress as well as the quality of sleep I have been getting :) I highly recommend shopping at Ashley’s Furniture - in the future, I will ONLY be shopping for furniture here & with Cindy’s help. Thank you so much for such a wonderful customer experience!!

They were a great price and really update my bedroom and the mattress is very comfortable. Thank you to both Garrett and Ricky for your knowledge and help choosing both pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff are great. The manager is an issue. We ordered a coffee table. 4 months later, we were phoned and told they made a mistake. The table we ordered was not in stock! 4 months to tell us! Drove an hour to see the floor model. Didn’t want as there were scratches on it. Wanted about 2 hours for the manger to speak to us. He never did. He saw us, ran away, let the sales people deal with the situation. We got a nicer table after I refused to pay extra for it. I had to insist. He wanted us to pay extra. I also wanted a side table thrown it for the extra inconvenience. He reused, though the salesperson, of course. And we have to drive to pick up the table, another hour. They will not deliver. We have spent over 12,000 in this store. He was so apologetic on the phone, nothing to do with us in person. Awful!!

The choices at Ashley Home Store were also way higher quality while still being reasonably priced than other furniture stores we visited. Thanks so much!
