★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was mostly good. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and walked through the process of elimination quickly. A decision was made and the tag said $1299 which was okay with us. He checked his computer and came back saying the new price was $1399. So he called out to another rep to check the main computer and she shouted back $1299. So two prices the same but he charged us the higher price. Not cool. So our starting price was elevated and then he offered standard in house discount so we did end up paying more than we should have in my opinion. I feel Sleep Country owes us $100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in a few days ago just looking to see what was out there. The associate named John was great got me to try every mattress several times making sure I got just the right feel. I left to go check out other stores to see what else was out there. Well I found myself back at sleep country today and luckily John was there. He gave me a great deal and even had me to try multiple pillows on the mattress I am purchasing never knew how much a decent pillow would make such a difference. Looking forward to my new bed and pillows to be delivered and will review once again when I sleep on it. Would absolutely recommend sleep country and the associate named John. Thank you Abbotsford Sleep Country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver was asked to wear a mask inside our home, put one on unwillingly only covering his mouth. I asked that he cover his nose as well, he did so again unwillingly and didn't speak a word to us during delivery. Seemed extremely angry that we'd asked him (politely) to do this.

I forget the name of the last guy who helped us, but he was very good. We like their deals. The quality of their beds is great! Their install people are excellent, as well. We will shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great demo place to try out most of their premium mattresses.
I’m not impressed with their lack of promises. I was assured that the floor model that was in the back (which I exchanged with) was going to have the front cover replaced to brand new, but that was a blunt lie. The cover was washed and placed back on. It came with hair on it and all sorts of lints. I just noticed, not impressed.
Beware of their up selling… the mattress turned out to be a lemon, now I’m stuck w it!
