Website is difficult to use.
50% of the shelves were bare. Staff was nice enough though, and store is clean and organized.

They've always been consistent, for me, in what they carry. They always have a coupon for 30% off 1 item, on their website per day.
It's just too easy to spend too much money there lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was greeted by a very friendly clerk this morning (hence the 3 star rating rather than 1) when trying to purchase a picture frame that was a unique size, with only 2 available, both with chips on them, I was offered a 10% discount for a damaged item. NO thanks! They often have 30%+ sales on frames so 10%? Ordered from Amazon for much less, despite trying to support local businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful selection of supplies for all sorts of crafts!..... Yet...please look up Micheals online and register to qualify for a discount, because if you don't it's sooo expensive.
In general the staff is very helpful.
I'm saying, if you are doing a unique/ specialized craft, go check out their store. Or, just go....because their stock of products is unique and worth your while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great in store experience. Started with shopping online. Their website told me exactly were the items I wanted were in the store. Brilliant! When I asked for help the associate took me to the product (it was on the other side of the store too). 5 star customer service from start to finish. I am not a crafter, artist, decorator, or any of “that”. I’m just a guy who needed stuff.

She offered great value and completed the project on time and on budget. The finished product is so beautiful it's worthy of hanging ? thanks Elizabeth, I sure do appreciate excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister Julie and i, came to Michael's to pick up a gift she ordered on line. Purolator delivered it to this Michael's location on South fraiser way. Lot of cool things at this store, art supplies, paint, blank canvases paint brushes, home decor, and they frame pictures, they have lots of fake plants/flowers, they are over priced though, they have all types of supplies for crafts definitely a good store to be creative. Friendly staff lots of parking.
