★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the til with my purchase and the til misfunctioned after I paid. They couldn't find my purchase even though I could show from my online app that the purchase had gone through my account. To get my purchases, which I had already paid for, I had to pay for them AGAIN. and was given a 1-800 # to call to resolve the issue. After going through a crazy phone tree and having to prove my situation they actually deducted the amount again. I have paid three times for one purchase. Aghhhhhhh I am still waiting to be reimbursed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, I have always enjoyed coming here and the selection is excellent! My only issue is the service can be a real letdown, greeter does not acknowledge you when you arrive nearly 100% of the time. Lineups are always long but it is like that at every location so I dont blame them! If you want to hear a karen causing a fuss at the registers this is definitely the place to experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a review for the store but for their Management policy.. their Asst Manager has his own policy to honour the price as marked.. He is rude and Unprofessional.. we are coming to this store for over 7 years and not coming back anymore.. Please don’t have your own policy it’s a group and originated company. Mr. Harman sir, please go for company’s training again and learn some customer value experience. We understand if you don’t know marked price honour, at least have learnt some better ways to communicate.. the things to refuse and result we called the Langley store and they people confirm the honouring of price as marked even though if the deal is over..
Also this is not the first time he was rude.. he is beyond limits in his behaviour..

The home decor stuff and household items that you get here are beautiful and within the budget.
Some how I am not that big fan of Winners.The quality of clothes sold here are compromised.(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winners is a great store to shop at when looking for gifts, there is a huge selection of everything from clothes and shoes, to everthing around the house. Lots of brand names bit of everything on the winners side, they always have a new selections, the homesence side has everything u can think of for your house, not over priced, store is very clean, well lit, clean bathrooms in back, lots of parking. Large line up's, however they went quickly. Recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good combination of clothing and home decor. Sometimes you come in to get a pair of slacks and end up picking up a couch, headboard, statue, pillows, shoes, a box of candy from Spain and what was I shopping for.....
So, if you are in for getting things you don't really need, come on down and get a dog bowl for you neighbour or a set of book ends for your mail man.
If you don't buy anything, you can always have an Instagram session.
