★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service was terrible, it was very hard to find help in the store and on top of that a staff refused me a change room, I had a bulky sweater on and was barely covered underneath. When I reported to the assistant manager he was there in the store and acted like he didn't care about my complaint. I never heard back from the manager though the assistant said he would transfer my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb 2, 2022. There was a very nice Blonde lady helping us in the Men's clothing section. She patiently helped us pick a couple of shirts and knew how each would fit. An excellent experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, I bought a pair of boots that I believed was made of leather as I asked help to find them only to find out the first time I weared them that they were not leather because my feet were always cold . I travel in the northern towns in BC and with winter I needed to keep my feet warm, leather boots is the best choice.I went back to the store and I wanted a refund, but the manager at the counter said with their policy they can take backers used shoes, I said I only weared them once and they were not leather and she told me they were nubuck, I had no idea what was nubuk as English is not my first language and I am senior too. I told her I was disappointed they were not winter boots, she looked at me and said it was my responsibility to make sure what I was buying and they were not winter boots but fashion boots and Timberlands too and very expensive, she didn't take them back and she didn't even offer to exchange them with real leather boots. It was my fault if I believed the salesman and didn't check the label on the box as inside the boots the label says leather and fabric. ?
I bought a lot of shoes, working boots, jackets, pants for my husband at Marks and I spend for my job a lot of money with the Canadian tire master card , I am very disappointed with this service, the sales person who directed me to this fake leather boots works in Burnaby store grandview and the other Manager who refused to refund me the money works in Langley bypass store .
They just lost a customer. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought pairs of work boots through my company boot allowance.Weekend manager refused that i can only buy 1 pair. She said she will give me a call after she finds out but no phone call till date.Went to other store no problem.
Lack of knowledge=waste of costumer time and resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the store does not carry the size of the snow pants I wanted, I got a great customer service from an employee. He even suggested other companies to find my size, which they really do. Hence the 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get quite a few things here. My only complaint is not enough in my size, which is XL, and I figure that's probably a popular size. I was in today looking for a specific jacket in the work clothes section, and the lady who helped me was wonderful. She checked in the back for my size, and when she didn't have it, she checked other stores for me. Then she arranged for the other store to send it over. She was very helpful, makes the experience a lot better when you have friendly help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today the young men floor staff helpful. I do prefer having men young mm working in the men's section over women ....I just find it more relatable and and just a different vibe. Especially one young man who offered to go to back to look for my size and style . helpful but they also just let you shop without being pushy... lots of variety..organized . decent prices of things,though everywhere more expensive nowadays. an overall good experience
